i sent an e-mail to all the members of the cEVE private subforum, the game has been free to play since it came back, i think there's 1 month left on it?, we all got a nice SP reimbursement (for those who were actually playing) so we are all rolling with around 15m SP or so.

I looked through some of their fits, and while the Serenity server is, to be fair, relatively new, there seems to be an incredible lack of stuff like points, webs, etc.

Granted you guys could be killing the scrubs of the CEVE universe, but i shuffled through a fair number of kills and I only found a few that looked decent, and then only by virtue of happening to be equivalent to stuff like anti-support.

What's the short on their fitting? I would think the metagame would end up creating similar fleet comps even across the Pacific...? Do they all honor-tackle or something?

Before the server went down the issue with their fittings was that it seemed they lacked any form of communication. I expect with a general killboard they'll begin to make their fits better given some time. I still doubt we'll see AHACs or what not until WEST introduce them.

They still seem to be lost on the advanced concept though, manual piloting, range control, spreading points, bubble control, all the things most people learned the hard way.

Serenity is currently running one of the later versions of Crucible Escalation in terms of content. This means no more learning skills(!) and yes to Debuff Bar, TiDi, Faction/Officer on Market, T2 Gang Links, Noctis, Tier 3 Battlecruisers, and Destroyer and AF and Weapon Rebalancing, but no to Ancillary Shield Boosters, CPU Rigs, T1 Frigate Rebalancing, FW changes, or anything else that came with Inferno.

Baww last time I saw that map there were way more hilarious names on there. I'm glad Crescent Passenger Express is still there, but there used to be an alliance in Providence (I think...) with some funny moon related name.
