I was somewhere around Old Man Star, on the edge of Essence, when drugs began to take hold.

You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Stoffl again.

Thanks I've allready embarrassed myself by almost pulling a sp4m yesterday.
Aka crashing your car like an idiot because it's wet.

But you didn't crash. Next time you'll be ready.

The F18 guide to car control.

    1. Drive too fast for the road conditions.
    2. Apply all the power at the wrong time.
    3. Lose control.
    4. Frantically over correct.
    5. Keep turning the wheel.
    6. Turn it the other way.
    7. Turn it back again.
    8. Keep turning until control is regained.
    9. Profit ???

And one day you'll smooth it out and you'll be doing it at every opportunity. Like a Jedi.

I can control and safe a kart with slicks on a very wet track, np.
But yeah 1. To 5. We're fucking spot on in that situation.

Obviously there was a guy driving past me while it happened, turning his head full tilt, gasping in awe at my epic failure.
    The shame man...

Pilot sports are quite good, if a bit pricy.

They're both pretty good tires; but the Michelins have a better tread wear rating so they should last a bit longer which can help offset the price.

However they are both proper summer tires; so if you get the itch to drive in the cold or snow, it may make more sense to get the dunlops and get a pair of either allseasons or a proper winter tires. My pops had Hakkapelitas snows on his M3 and they were massively impressive.

You're coming to the wrong place if you want to be dissuaded from following this excellent idea.

Just make sure to check the seals for oil leaks. The RX7 is not nearly as prone to doing it as the RX8 is; so if it is leaking in even the slightest don't but it.

Just realised the Michelin with rim protection even costs 125€ at the cheapest online vendor. Don't think I can justify paying almost double, no matter the wear...

    *Edit*
Ok and now the Michelin isn't available in my size at the online vendor I had chosen...I guess that's settled then.

I remember that one time I was quoted nearly 2000 euros for a new set of Michelin PS2 tyres by a dealer.

Needless to say I got them somewhere else.
