It's a competition. Some countries pull their teams months in advance from units and train specifically. The Swedes for example since last September. The UK pulled a random squadron from an operational unit and had 4 weeks training.

Are you suggesting that if Belgium beat the USMC in a march and shoot that Belgium are in ' better shape ' than the USMC as a whole ?

It's great for photo ops and team building but as an indicator of anything meaningful next to useless.
With all Nato exercises all around Europe in last 2 years I expect a regular US tank to perform better then a neutral country's tank crew. Of course, if training are pretty much the same with contest.
Or, you know, you don’t really show your capabilities when it doesn’t mean anything...
That may be true on a strategic or operational level, but not here. They simply weren't good enough.

So, what is this about? I figured out that it's a T-84 that isn't working. But what is SETC? Southeastern Theatre Conference?

Ukrainians coming last at Strong tank Europ was no surprise as their T84 is not in workable condition for example of 40 shots they managed to fire only 16 , rest the autoloaders were stuck or stabilization of the gun haywire.

The Mandela Way T-34, located on the corner of Mandela Way and Pages Walk in Bermondsey, London, England.

A former Czech army tank, it was used in the filming of Richard III (1995) and was bought in 1995 by Russell Gray. Gray had bought the lot the tank sits on for a project that the city council refused. He therefore asked for the right to put a “tank” on the spot, which the city council accepted thinking that it would be a fuel tank. The turret is pointed in the direction of the city council building.
