We did things like warp to fleetmembers/BMs at non-0km to ensure we didn't decloak and spook targets. Same goes for ensuring cloaky tacklers/HICs didn't have the sig in their way if they had plans to move to jump range/while slowboating out from the hole in line with something so their bubble will stop targets short but they won't see it coming until last second before committing to warp. Also if people have jumped in to a target system and are holding cloak but can say they won't be able to recloak instantly but longer than usual - say they're your secondary cov ops cloaked tackler but the targets are on dscan from the hole, it changes whether you'll wait for them to be in warp before you try tackle or just be ready to go for it at any sign of response when they start moving and break cloak, even if they recloak in warp. Being on dscan for 1 possible cycle vs 2 is a huge difference, especially pre-dscan timer changes.
At least cloaked bomber/recon/T3 fleets warping together could be seen coming as warp bunches you, but you don't have the concern now afaik. Unless one of you manually decloaks and cascades the lot. Makes a big difference being able to stay cloaked until you want someone to see you.
