why not a NSFW subsubforum
1) Don't intend to use this sub forum, voted yes.
2) Obviously I'm a troll, due to point 1.
3)Disregard point 3, since I'm obviously just a troll.
4) Alternatively, stop being such monumental faggots.
As Steph and Aramendel have already noted, banning such a thread is just plain hypocritical.
As to why such a thread might be necessary,
We also have a gay babe/babe thread in G.D. (think every porn site ever) and a thread each for pictures of tanks, warships and planes, (the fruit of Google, otherwise loads of dedicated discussion sites).
Strangely enough, despite a veritable plethora of places that aren't G.D. to find such content, members still collect it and share it in designated threads. Whether it's men, women, or heavy artillery.
Honestly, I think the "misrepresentation" of your community is a horse that bolted a long time ago.
So you voted no on having an NSFW thread, but are afraid content you post - content which you, yourself already deem to be NSFW - will be restricted from being posted...

I'm sure we probably have a few members of FHC who respect other people's rights to be attracted to dudes, but find the gay babe thread a little unsettling.
Maybe they're bigots too, but at least they're polite enough to keep those opinions to themselves and not try to clop down unfairly on others.
fuck'en oath, mate.
If we're being honest: there is a section of the MLP community who are into "that sort of thing" and while some/most/all members of the MLP community here might be ashamed of that personally, if you're going to deny them the same level of access to share what interests them that you now enjoy with your particular brand of fandom then this isn't a sub forum for adults who enjoy a kid's show, it's a sub forum for bigots.
If you don't want to look at it, don't click on it. If you want to be sensible about it, accept it's going to happen and stake out a place for it.

Whispous overreaching while trying to protect his master race, nbs.
We'll talk about love and tolerance, but it's all just talk.
If we're looking at this rationally, everyone who is a contributor to the pony thread has spoken up and said 'no'. The only dissenting voices so far have been self-proclaimed trolls, and people vaguely and angrily defending some mythical perception of freedom from oppression.
The people who actually contribute to the pony thread are the whole reason this subforum even exists. This is not some great democracy, this is a tiny forum wedged into a corner of the internet. Our infinitesimal shard of this forum has spoken and said "No, we really don't want that." We're under no obligation to accomodate everything and everyone. There are other venues for people who want that material.

I thought what I'd do was, I'd pretend I was one of those Thukkers, that way I wouldn't have to have any goddamn stupid useless conversations with anybody.

To some extent the NSFW/no-NSFW debate is actually opening an old, old debate in the fandom (and technically one that stretches to all fandoms, not just ponies.) Which is 'where do we draw the line on generally acceptable behavior in the fandom?'. For an example of a fandom with the line drawn well into 'anything goes' territory, see the furry fandom. There's a lot of self-awareness by bronies that we don't want to become that, because for most bronies it simply isn't about sexualizing the show. It's about a mixture of an entertaining show (Enjoyed with a modicum of self-aware ridicule. One person described being a brony as successive disbelief. "I can't believe I'm watching this. I can't believe I'm enjoying this. I can't believe how damn good the show is. I can't believe I'm a brony."), and the community that's grown up around it. The community that encourages people to better themselves; celebrates musicians, writers, and artists of all different calibers; and regularly hosts charitable donation drives.
But despite all the good that we've done, all the fantastic people and interesting things, we get known for the tiny percentile of the fandom that's into R34 of ponies. "Oh you like a show for girls? You must be a pedophile.", "Oh you like My Little Pony? Aren't you one of those creepy weirdos that masturbates to stuffed toys?", "Oh you like My Little Pony? What a faggot." Those of us who don't want our fandom to be thought of that way, who realize that there's a lot more than the shallow stereotypes would rather not encourage that. Yeah, we're a bit sensitive about another thread that gives folks a chance to mock ponies, that only the trolls want.

In short, most of the yesses are from people who don't even want to post here, either as trolls or attempting to force their warped idea of freedom upon us. The real pony subforum community says no. And I expect Jolin has a lot more than that picture stored (for research purposes ofc.)
except the majority of voters haven't posted. perhaps all the yes' just don't want you to know who they are?
Fine. Go nuts. It's porny time.
Predicting the thread will just be dead anyway except for wandering trolls
Voted No, assuming that NSFW implies explicit Rule 34 which we frankly don't need. We don't have (or need) a Hardcore Porn thread in GD either and if someone wants to find pony porn, just forward them to /r/clopclop.
I'm totally cool with the occasionally risqué humanized art that Nordstern is quite fond of despite personally not being a fan of it, though.

As far as I'm aware, the pony subforum was sprung on us as a bit of a surprise. It certainly came as a surprise to me, and I'm unaware that anyone else had been agitating for one. For the most part I think we were happy with the megathread. So it's not really that we want a subforum, but that we were gifted with one.
And you're missing the point by suggesting that 19/26 is the metric to use. Those who are -active contributors- to the megathread, i.e. the actual people for whom this subforum is intended and have spoken up in this thread have said 'no'.
