It was an uneventful monday indeed. Although I found out I have a slightly bigger chance of a project soon \o/
Sitting in hospital cafeteria waiting for call from surgeon that Mr. Mynxee is done having his faulty replaced hip replaced with something better. They kicked me out of his prep bay at about 11:30, said it would be about two hours for surgery and two hours in recovery before he's moved to a room. This is a pretty nice hospital (Inova Mount Vernon Hospital in Alexandria VA), very pro staff, excellent comfy cafeteria w/good food, plus decent wifi, so the waiting isn't too bad.
I AM irritated that they aren't showing the Olympics here; it's all CNN bullshit. And I can't stream on my iPad cuz I haven't yet upgraded to iOS5. Dammit. Really wanted to watch equestrian earlier today. Oh well...recording it at home so can watch it there eventually.
