Well today was spent (Sunday, that is) pretty much chilling out at home all day. Its been quite nice and I can almost turn my neck all the way to the right again - I tweaked it, either pre-flighting or while flying. Head is on a swivel I suppose is my excuse.

Anyway thats good. E, from yesterdays day thread, text me so who knows there. I'll see how it goes I guess - nothing to lose!

Not much else to report really, its finally coming up midnight here and I fly at like 3pm tomorrow, so I am going to enjoy a long lie in and try and get back to feeling normal again.

Just had an unusual bird in my front yard digging through the bushes. I originally thought it was a wallaby due to its long and 'solid' (for lack of a better word) tail feathers which were light brown with white dots and as long as its body. Don't recall the rest of its patterns other than it didn't have bright colours and ran off across the street without attempting to fly.

I thought it might be a peacock but I can't find any images that match it. Any bird experts willing to hazard a guess what it is, I doubt it is native to Tasmania or Australia but what do I know.

i think its the kind of game you can get sucked into at first and then pick up and play whenever later, a bit like minecraft or something. when i first had minecraft it was mind=blown and now i just play half an hour here or there when i feel like it, same with spaz

Monday: performed science, nothing especially special about it though. Although I did get out early from the first Monday lab of semester, which (imo) is actually a small but noteworthy feat in itself since it's usually when things go wrong - which are then corrected for every subsequent lab...

Purchased some more books (the four "Hannibal" novels) now have to wait for them to transpose across the oceanic vastness from the Mother Country.
