I don't need the highest end stuff. Reason I want to go for PC is that I get more bang for my buck.
I'm considering now to build my own rig tho since I can't really find anything that works for me (and that is pre-build).
And people are telling me that building a computer isn't that hard.

it isn't
it's literally lego, just a little bit more expensive.
It really isn't. It can be *very* intimidating the first time, especially if you aren't "good" with electronics, but there are tons of guides on the internet, and most everything you buy comes with instructions. Plus, if you need help and can get to us here, we can always help.
I would say attaching heatsink to the CPU is the "scariest" only because people are super anal about it, but you really can't fuck it up unless you try.
1800 euro will get you a decent pre-made computer.
1800 euro will get you an excellent computer if you put it together.
Will you be re-using parts such as monitor etc? That can make it easier for us to find you pre-built if you decide not to build your own.
world of tanks derp gun world of tanks derp gun world of tanks derp gun
Tanks name = BS87
Every other game = Kegger McManus
Well you could build a pretty decent rig with e1800 - All I would suggest to keep in mind is to invest in a bit of storage. A small, cheap 70gb scratch disk ssd separate to your system drive will generally help render times, whilst outputting to a different disk from the one your reading from usually helps too.
Figuring out what's gone wrong and how many parts have blown up when you get no lights has been the main issue i've had, second to waiting on RMA (don't, order new parts and sell RMA's when they eventually arrive)
I was something thinking along this (and I'm not going to overclock, just plug in and start up).
- VGA Asus GeForce GTX670 DC2T-2GD5
- Crucial RealSSD m4 128GB SATA3
- 16GB Ram
- Processor Intel Core i7 3770 (3,5GHz)
But I don't know what to get...
I've got already 2 screens, mouse etc etc etc. Is just the case that I need.

First of all Jalif, let me point out that you are terrible
Second,
What software will you be using?
Reason i ask is that it would be kind of nice to know what kind of hardware requirements you may have, or what kind of hardware usually ends up as a bottleneck for that software
There is no point going high-end everything, you may be better off just spending a bit more on what will be taxed the most by the software you will need to use while working
As far as cases go, that comes down to taste a lot more then anything, for an example the Antec P280 is the spiritual successor to the p183, one of my favorite cases, should do you just fine
oh, and remember to buy a power supply, 500-600w or so should be more then plenty
I´m indeed pretty terrible Muffin.
I want to use the rig mainly for:
Photoshop
Illustrator
After Effects
Any Video Editing Program
Cinema 4D
Beside that, the game that I play these days are Indi games that are still in beta etc etc.

Check sticky about how not to do what you are doing
Anyway, the software you posted does not really sound like it would in any way strain your system and should be able to handle most things you throw at it, so should be just fine
Feel like posting a "final" list of hardware you are looking at? Any preferred dutchie store you would like to buy from?
That way we could go through the bits and see if there are anything missing/better alternatives
I'll get to that tomorrow

+1. I think every "virgin" has a "omgitsgoingtobreak" moment when attaching the heat sink to the CPU.
Getting the right hardware mix can also be a bit challenging, but for that you will find excellent support here.
Regarding this a preemptive advice because many people do this wrong: do not save on the power supply. Personally I really like the bequiet dark power series because it has excellent cable management (you can only attach cables which you actually need) and it's (surprise) really quiet. It also has power connectors for case fans whose speed it then controls depending on the interior temperature (way better than the mainboard does) which further reduces the noise.
Get all the quadros stuffed in it. ALL THE QUADROS.
You need them all for dem vector arts. I would be 47% less productive without them.

Just get a fucking dell and be done with it. Their non-budget gear is ok and build quality (again on non budget) is ok.
Aim for their business line stuff.
