And lorkin, there are no less than 3 moros BPOs, all ME 2 PE 0 for sale in jita right now for less than his asking price(with the cheapest being 2.08b). There is also an ME 3 PE 1 for 2.45b(that I might actually buy tbh).

Sounds legit, and it actually came down to me not needing it that badly, and simply suggesting he hold onto it for the time being as Moros BPO prices are depressed atm(it's a buyers market).
