We just need more randoms. Always having the server in the light would help. I think there are more randoms when there is light out.

And honestly my level of paranoia goes up when my gear level goes up. I have no problem helping someone when I'm new. But thursday the server descended into madness in electro or a good while. I was involved in a multitude of firefights that night. But since then we've had it be nighttime during my prime and the count of randoms goes down significantly.

Need more randoms.

I will look into the clock thing, I might have to come up with some kind of custom script that shuts down the server, changes clock then reboots it.

The other thing that will help with the randoms is getting updated to the latest 1.7.2.4

At any rate, I'm OK with care bearing it up especially if we set up on SPIDER ISLAND and occasionally raid the randoms on the mainland with viciousness and erections.

Welp. Found a Hilux, put my shit in it and took off. Ended up crashing into something on the ground. Got out to let it magically repair, instead it blows up without warning.

My 107 was in there cause I had prepped to go stock up supplies at the grocery store, boo. Still got my M4 though, and I almost bled out, sitting at 136 blood. Need blood transfusion from a bro.

i think they are as buggy as shit and it doesnt matter how good you can fly one when it is possessed by the demons of the server

That was hilarious, didn't even know you were there until I got down the stairs. Shot out my clip, got knocked down, "welp". Was thinking about grabbing the ladder through the wall to go out the window just before I found out, but I just didn't do it even though it's funny and weird =(

Also, I assume the remaining two helos have been grabbed at this point. Given there's supposed to be five, I know two died, one is still flying around, and none are at the known spawn points, it's time to go camp hunting (or wait for respawn).

i log in right in the middle of the stary tents... wtf. i had logged of near novy in the bushes but that didnt seem to have registered.
ok after shitting bricks for a second or two i loot the tents. nothing decent
while i am making my way to the deer stands north of stary i notice a heli crash site no 200m from the stary tents.
not suprisingly it has been picked clean to the bone. chem lights and tin cans. so i proceed to the deerstands.
i have just made it to the bushes near the eastern deer stand when i suddenly hear engine noise and i cant locate it. damn i need to get some surround sound majig.
i spot them down the field, a motorbike. i can see two people and i start to take pot shots. no luck. i suck at long range with M4A1 cco.
engine revs up and they are gone. it looks to me like they didnt even notice. maybe they are going stary to check the tents. i run under cover of bushes and trees up to the hill behind the military base. no one there. i check sniper hill, nothing, but just as i get to the top of sniper hill i see them in the field, parked by a bush.
i take aim and fire. i cant see the impacts. i dont know if i am too short or too long. i keep at it. half a magazin but no luck. i can see one of them taking aim at me, they have spotted me. wack, blood loss, bones broken, wack, i pass out and die.
fuck that was awesome. salute garr and bent o7

ok queue elektro gear run. nothing but watches. run to cherno. on the way i find a pushbike. great sucess. i loot cherno and finally find a map. off we go. winchester, czech backpack, medical supplies, i am set.
post haste back to stary to check the fields for more crash sites. on the way i pick up a CZ at balotta airfield (ring ring i am on a bike) and an alice pack in zelenogorsk (had to get off and wait 10 minutes for loot to spawn ).
nothing in the fields near stary but i hear a chopper fly by in the distance towards NW airfield. i need to check this out.
when i approach i hear g17 shots. plenty of them. the northeast baracks, i spot a person being chased by zombies. i am far enough back and put a bullet in their back. person goes down, probably passed out and the zombies do the rest. checking the barracks i notice i have happened upon a loot cycle organisation. the entrance is littered with AK Cobras, AKMs, shotguns and other crap. nothing useful though. i figure what the hell i ll book it across the field to the south west barracks.
i see another dead body... coyote backpack!!! i think... but then i hear the yelping high pitch sound of bullets flying past my head. shit shit shit, cant loot. want that backpack but cant stop. zing. zip. zing. more and more shots and again i cant spot the direction. i think it is to my right but i cant be certain. keep running turn left, right, left, left, right and finally i hit the tree line. safe for now. the shooting has stopped so he must have been to my right down the run way.
i can proceed to the barracks and again, loot pile at the entrance and crap inside. BUT on closer inspection the loot pile contains a DMR. jackpot! just what i wanted. i circle back to the beginning of the hangars but cant spot him. time to set up camp and call it a night.
