Tuskers Announcing Third Party Ransom Service

Somer Blink operates on a thirty minute API timer like everyone else, as far as I know. They have preauthers to manually credit isk deposited in game in between API pulls so that people can get their isk faster. Not sure if the same strategy would be viable for Tuskers, or even how it would be done, though.
