You gotta start flying more cost effective ships/fits and just make yourself click that 'Undock' button.
Actually an '06.

Suicide gank miners in hisec next to a lowsec system.
teased them long enough for them to all pile in without thought when given the chance and bubble themselves. the coercer is particularly good at killing people as they burn from 0km to 15km when they realise it hurts. also you don't particularly need a tackle mod to tackle people if you're flying anything ganky with good range. It's the same way a talos kills cynabals with ease (most cynabals in that matchup die a good 10-20km outside of point range). you start the fight by being 'chased' in a direction that's not in line with any celestials. Apply dps, and by the time they realise they're fucked the 6-10 seconds it takes to align out is enough to kill them in. in effect they tackle themselves (honour tackle, most satisfying tackle).
today i tried the polar opposite of "engage anything in cheap shit", and splurged 2b on a silly ship. jumped into a BC camp, was getting royally fucked by ec-300's until i finally killed enough of them. started grinding down a drake (only thing webbing me), and was still at about 30% armour... probably 100kehp. so not too worried, then a falcon landed. immediatley deaggro'd and started slow boating to gate webbed and scrammed whilst they try to bump me. managed to move just enough that the 2 bumps they landed weren't clean hits and sent me off parallel to the gate isntead of away from. finally jumped looking like this:
first time a fight has got my heart going in ages (i don't fly pimp much, and it would have been a significant loss to me). despite getting no kills it was fucking awesomeso one potential 'cure' is to stick all your eggs in one basket and roll the dice. lol
RvB! Seriously!
Avoid all the conflict zones, only engage in areas where you have an easy egress point like a gate to GTFO through, try something new, curse ECM violently.
I've also found wormhole diving to be great for a change, but you have to make sure you're scouting competently.

My advice is to switch it up often. Null sec and low sec often require completely different tactics, as both foster relatively unique situations. For example, null sec is great for trying to pick off tackle from large gangs and for catching ratters unawares. Low sec is excellent for 1v1's and small-scale combat (not to say there isn't large-scale combat in low). JC'ing between each offers a pretty dynamic experience that keeps the game fresh.
Also, small ships. The Merlin and Thrasher are great, and you can welp them without hurting your wallet.
