Highsec solo pvp of the variety where you put a can outside a station named "take can for 1v1" and then logonski your RR and in-corp dps alts as soon as someone touches it is the best kind of solo pvp.

Ive been running around good space in ruptures and thrashers that are cheap.

biggest problem i have is that people either form up a fleet of twenty to take you down, or they just run away (in tengues, vagabonds etc!!) Im seriously unimpressed with their balls. Ill engage anything i dont mind dieing. but still they run away in their tengues then return ten mins later with rapier for webs, arazu for point and titan for dps.

Regarding solo PvP,

which, in any of your opinions, is better; solo PvP in 0.0 sectors, solo PvP in Lower-Sectors, or solo PvP in Higher-Sectors?

Obviously they all have very different styles of play but the main reason I'm asking is that I have been casually PvPing for a long time as a -10.00 mostly-frigate-pirate camped almost exclusively in Low-Sec, but am currently training up some other toons for PvP, one for in High-Sec and 0.0, and another simply for back up I guess, just would be nice to have another toon around I can hop into, and I wanna know a little more about 0.0 and High-Sec PvP while I prepare for my endeavors.

Appeal to casual PvPer really varies by region. Venal isn't a casual-friendly region, but Provi, NPC Fountain, etc. can be. I can't speak to lowsec.
