I've just noticed that the new American 155mm has 155mm of HE penetration. That is to say, only 5mm less than the rear hull armor of a Maus, to say nothing of the body of the 50B.

Finally, a generally useful HE round?

played dicker max and amx elc for a few rounds.

dicker max is meh ... that gun is nice (esp. alpha and gun depression) ... but the rest wasn't so impressive. but then again - the gameplay on the test server is quite agressive and the dicker max is quite slow and sluggish. so maybe on the live server the view range will come in handy, as it suits more a "defensive" playstyle.

the elc on the other hand is likely one of the most fun TDs in the game. it's tiny and it's fast. :P

T62 with surprisingly soft sides.

But what the fuck Patton III. Did they seriously just make those tiny ears a giant armor hole? Especially since the ear thingy sticking off the 268 are super pink armor. Also, that cupola is going to be a huge liability.

But the Jpz E100 and T110E3 look really, fucking tough, should be fun to try to shoot them.

T-62 looks OP as fuck. I'm really not sure I can be bothered to grind that much xp in the 54 though, which is currently extremely meh. By the time I get close i'll be getting raped by tier X meds and then i'll buy the stupid thing and it will get nerfed. I mean it's guaranteed that they will nerf those things.

E50m has much better front hull armor then e50 , and it is better then any other tier10 med. Turret armor on t62 is better ofc
Sides on t62 pretty much t54 ... or papper. Surprisingly even on test server E50m bounces shells from t62.E50m best armored in the tier10 mediums compartment.

I am not impresed by the t62 firepower btw. Similar case of t54. Its mobility is great tho.

Front is more sloped it is lower turns better then e50. Gun is insane ofc.

Was wondering if should use 100k free exp for amx50foch (tier 9 one) but those nerfs really made deal, I thing french top td's are really not that good. Maybe Foch is better but 1948 is pretty weak unless its top tank in match.

Why is t62 weak? On paper it has excellent dpm, good accuracy and aiming time. And that in small hull with heavy armored turret for hull down sniping?

I was shooting one yesterday in my Pershing taking 250hp a shot off wth is 100 extra HPs. Atleast the top gun will be a bit more accurate and have 1.1sec quicker reload but what is really needs is more pen not more accuracy :\

I was shooting one yesterday in my Pershing taking 250hp a shot off wth is 100 extra HPs. Atleast the top gun will be a bit more accurate and have 1.1sec quicker reload but what is really needs is more pen not more accuracy :\

Reload is actually 1.1 seconds longer. Why? They didn't want to buff it too much.

Also, is it just me, or can the T30 no longer mount a vertical stabilizer? Is that because of the transition to TD long ago or is that new?

after that matchmaker image, ive sold all T2s, and sold my t28 cos i dont like it and fuck it tbh. Sold T44 cos i dont want a T54 and the T44 just annoys me tbh - not needed when I have a type and the 13-90 - cos i dont use it much (tho it was fun, i can buy another in the future and kept the crew.

@Ralara: If you want a free extra garage slot, you should buy AMX 12t and (this is the important part) fill all your garage slots. Buy a shit ton of T1 Cunningham's for all I care, but unless your slots are filled, you won't get a free slot, but an open slot will be used for the new tier 5 French light.

I have a gun rammer and 100% crew (BIA is at about 53% so it doesn't come into effect) and it is 16.89 secs on a reload, it doesn't need to be longer then that.
