You see that picture that the Express says is of some Spitfires?

    They're actually Hurricanes.

    Stones, glasshouses etc etc.
    Lols.

Unless the History curriculum has substantially changed they will ended learning about it 3 times over by the time they've finished GCSE History anyway so they're probably fucking sick of it by then (I know I was).
I chose History over Geography at school and I don't think we did anything on WWII and maybe a very short part on WWI.
History is something my school district got right. It progressed about every 3 years. Starting with general world geography in 1-3rd grade. Then Moving onto learning the United States and their capitols along with Canada and their Provinces (never did mexican states lol) that was 5th grade (year 4 to England?). Then everyear after that up until 10th grade focus on a part of the globe. And then starting in tenth grade social studies became an elective subject. You could chose between world history and ancient history/anthropology. I went with World History (and Business Law =D). It was one of the best classes I took. Year 12 world history (I selected it all 3 years of high school) was also the class I really got to know GBH in, mostly she would do my english homework and I would do her world history stuff.

So thinking back im no longer concerned that when my brain decided to hallucinate it chose all of the generals I did reports on in the class where I met my wife. Well played sub-conscious..well played.

Gas them, germans mastered that 70 years ago.

Today I learned Mexico has states. Always thought they were provinces or something. No one seems to refer to specific states in Mexico ever.

Last night I dreamt of bank robberies, terrorist attacks and breaking Danish rappers out of jail with semi-frozen chicken breasts. so much what

Going to Roskilde Festival on the 30th - 8th. Almost have everything planned out, just need to pack and pick up weed and then I'm good to go!

Mexico's official name is Estados Unidos Mexicanos, or the United Mexican States.

Holly shit the ACA got upheld, with Bush-appointee Roberts voting in favor.
More money in the pool means more treatment for the sick. It was a compromise piece of legislation for sure but better than nothing I guess as long as the insurance companies are held to the requirement to commit a certain percentage of funds toward treatment.

So today I got to go home from work early because the skylights of the building I work in got smashed by two inch hailstones during a torrential downpour & thunderstorm. I found a 10 inch shard of glass near where I had been watching the storm not 5 minutes earlier. WTF?

Looks like a lot of problems for public transport so no Eve meet for me tonight. Time to find something else to do than hang out with other neckbeards.
