I've just noticed that Playstation Plus members can buy the merc pack for half price: £8. Considering you get 70,000's worth of AUR (actually even more... if you count the suit and gun blueprints you get) this is an absolute steal.

The single booster, Exile Rifle, & 20x of various suits is hardly worth the price unless you're trying to collect weak starter gear.
The items you're already given as a noob are good enough and thus make this starter pack worthless.
