Seriously, it's a stupid thing for public discussion... like when news outlets poll normal people on subjects that require education on the matter.

In the summer of 2004, the Russians discovered that because belt NPCs spawned at at escalating speed the more you killed them, and always respawned in exactly the same spot in a belt, 4 BS sitting on that spot with full capacitor recharge loadouts, a light tank and a full rack of large smartbombs could effectively print ISK while AFK through bounties (rates as high as 1bn/hr were achieved, which in 2004 was....ridiculous.

This used specifically but poorly designed mechanics to get an unintended benefit at a ridiculous rate. It was an obvious exploit, and a large number of senior russian leaders got permabanned when it was discovered.

This is pretty similar.

Just because there is no bug does not mean there is no exploit. Anything that "ruins" or greatly unbalances the game or is basically a "cheat" can be classed an exploit.
