    I just hope they don't forget to unify the mining bonus types on barges/xhumers. T2 production doesn't need another fuck-up because suddenly there's no ice-mining ship and no Mercoxit-mining ship around...

    I actually like this, they needed something that could tank rats/spawns better. Pretty sure they were thinking about WH mining with this in mind. Now people don't have to waste a character for tanking, at least this one can still pull in a fair amount of ore.
    I'm sure it's frustrating to be sperging about how someone said "no, not doing that yet" - but we've had 7 years to learn to pace ourselves after killing a block. And I dare say -- we've gotten quite good at it.

    Sorry if it doesn't suit the armchair generals who have never committed to anything for more than 2 months, but by now we've learned that we really don't give a shit about what you think v0v.

    well im not sure how they will change fitting slots, but at best, it will have 33% output of hulk or 50% of a mack.

    Given that we have no idea what they will do with slots and bonuses, I don't know where you can possibly be getting these figures from.

    I wouldn't be surprised at all if they put skiffs close (within 10-20%) of hulks in terms of mining output. People still won't use them, and get ganked in hulks...

    Also I don't really see where it gets used other than anti-suicide ganking in high sec and even then you'd have to be losing hulks really fast to make this worthwhile at which point you may as well give up on mining and do almost anything else.

    Depends on the size of the ore hold. They're talking jetcan size, so it would be a hell of a lot less hassle to use the skiff. Comparison is really Rokh+hauler vs 2 skiffs.

    I like the approach they're taking, the devil's in the detail but the concept looks good.

    The Retriever/Mackinaw were supposed to have ore holds equivalent to jet cans, it sounds like the Procurer/Skiff might be in the 15-20k m^3 range but that's only guestimating from insufficient information. To be fair they specifically said that the other ships would have an output within an acceptable range of the hulk.

    The Rokh comparison was just for amusement.

    They certainly don't in C4 and below. On the other hand, battleship EHP gives time for a rescue falcon to arrive.

    What do T2 Mining Crystals cost nowadays? Would be funny if the Hulk outmines the other Exhumers by raw m³, but actually delivers less ISK/h then the rest, because it uses three crystals instead of one or two...
