I mean its probably the most pure fun show I'm watching right now. Star wars starts with two robots hanging out and one hitches and the other bleeps and bloops for a bit. Its my favorite trilogy from childhood but pretending it's some grandiose deep tale is the result of reading to many now defunct novels, which also would of been better serious dramatic episodic material than "lone killer man babysits magic baby"
Don't ask me why, but "SPACE WIZARD" reminds me of the Technomages of Crusade. Too bad that one got cancelled after one season.
So much hype about the Queens Gambit, when The Undoing is SO MUCH BETTER!
(Also not proper chess)
Why is it called earth, when it is mostly water???
Undoing was decent, but not really a feel good piece.
It was pretty average... series 2 and 3 of B5 were the best lets be honest xD
Started watching the The Flight Attendant (HBO Max) and boy is it fun and good.
Why is it called earth, when it is mostly water???
Of course I watched it! Not only that, but I actually bought the DVD back in the day. As already mentioned here: I'm a sucker for anything sci-fi, even bad ones.
And while we have a decent choice of sci-fi'ish series these days thanks to all the streaming services, back then that wasn't the case (here in Germany at least).
Watched the 2013 British drama, Utopia.
Tense smart conspiracy done well. Not to be confused with the 2020 Amazon "original" (wat) remake that is awful.
Oversaturation HO
Utopia was indeed great, but be warned that there is no real story conclusion. Mint sir?
Queens Gambit hype is justified whereas The Undoing is a generic Whodunit series. Despite that I'm watching The Undoing but my personal rating meter aka how often do i have to push the fast forward button, it's not doing well.
My bet is the son did it and the mother will be doing bad things to cover that.
No it isn't poor Penny, the acting is over the top and sometimes even bad. Dead man's "ghost" talking and given hints to solve his murder... come on.
