I have a funny story my mom told me about my sisters ages 5 and 9, apparently they were playing and one of them was pretending to be drug in the water by a crocodile, so she's screaming "Save me save me!" and my older sister is beating up a crocodile, then she stops like she's beaten it and whispers to the younger sister (who's pretending to be unconscious), "Are you dead?" With her eyes still closed she shakes her head, and the older one starts trying to do the heimlich and chest compressions.

When I was in my early teens, my youngest sister was about 7 but she was really small, looked more like 5. We always got along, but at this point I was going through a dumb phase of getting her shitty about something, then holding her steady and telling her to "calm down", which would only piss her off more and more as I wouldn't let her go. Then finally one day she looked at me, all raged up like a mini Hulk, and she yelled (not screamed, but yelled):

"JUST... FUCK OFF!"

I couldn't help but let her go as I was pissing myself laughing, I hadn't expected my little runt of a sister to know such a colourful expression. I never wound her up like that again.

Okay... where to start:
You should see not a psychiatrist, but at least a group about stress and your hostile thoughts towards yourself. If you need to, seek professional help on a diagnosis and recommendations. If you can't afford it, then look online for groups or free clinics in your area which can offer similar services, because you sound like you need to discuss these issues with people and find out the underlying cause of why you'd try to mock hang yourself.

About your sister, is there a reason she is with him - is she living with him, dependent on him, what?

How long have you been together with your GF? The whole year and three months? Have you asked her if she wants to have sex? If she's not interested in that, is she getting anything out of being your girlfriend (what does she get from being with you)?
I'd personally break up with her if she wasn't willing to progress after a year and three months - I know couples that have gotten married faster than that.

Mate, gotta say thats some pretty heavy stuff right there. You really should seek pro help you hit the nail on the head there yourself.

I can't profess to know anything about such serious topics so I won't insult you by trying, however the situation with your girlfriend would be interesting to know about - a year and three months despite having a girlfriend? She long distance or something? If so, take a trip and go visit man. If not, well, whats up?
