Addon list I use:
Gatherer - Handy as fuck if you wanna grab some herbs.
Omen Threat Meter - when to stop dpsing or if tanking when to hit harder.
Recount - for epeen.
Titan Panel - probably couldn't play with all my toons without this handy as fuck and should be a standard part of the UI imo.
Bankstack - for sorting bags quick and easy.
Bagnon - for viewing bags nice and easy with search functions.
Badboy - antispam
Prat - for chat stuff.
Auctioneer - for playing the only game in town.
Addon control panel - lets you quickly disable/enable addons ingame.
Deadly Boss Mods - stop standing in fire!

I have the usual stuff on my DK, some customised runes, blood shield tracker and TellMeWhen so I know when I have a cooldown up.
