Those stats aren't so bad for a base T1 cruiser. Might be an interesting new way to attempt to kill vagabonds and fail miserably.
I tried to be cool and all I got was a lousy warning about my sig being too big.

Not bad at all, I don't quite understand the underestimation of the hull (disregarding looks). You get a nicely tanked, fairly speedy and well ranged blaster boat...What's not to like

True, however I've always thought of the Moa as a cruiser killing machine where that 3rd MFS shines. The hobs can deal with those pesky frigs and bastard ecm drones :P

hobs cant always scare off or kill frigs (read: assault frigs) plus you can never have enough guns shooting at ecm drones :P

Part of the put ASBs on everything meme. I ran through a lot of T1 hull combat cruiser ASB fit permutations and perhaps unsurprisingly most T1 cruisers are hard pressed to fit a single LASB without serious sacrifices. Moa comfortably fits two with only one fitting mod. In it's own way it's pretty scary, though obviously limited in some ways. At this point, pure theorycraft, but seems fairly reasonable on paper. 337/387 CNAM dps, or 432 heated dps with void, 724 dps heated peak tank(obvious ASB caveats apply). Load Void, chew Pill, hide Tengu, hope for the best?

A minor alternative would be to drop the copro for a Processor Overclocking rig and upgrade scram/dcu to meta to sneak in a meta TE in exchange for a little tank vs EM. Given the lack of web this may be a good choice.
I consider myself to be a sovereign space holding entity, however the simple fact is that my sphere of influence rarely if ever extends beyond the optimal+falloff*2 of my ship's turrets.

Imo you should just post the unheated (because you dont really want to heat with duals) tank of one ASB. It gives a clearer picture of what the ship is actually capable of. I know i could load it into EFT and see for myself but involves waiting till i go home from work.

    As you insist.
290/371 on one booster, or 563/724 on two. With tengu, those numbers bump to 643/823 one booster, or 1256/1617 peak on both.

It's a cruiser, and the single booster tank isn't all that impressive without buffs, so personally, I'd heat as needed and damn the torpedoes. Using one booster's unheated dps implies that it is taking a small enough chunk of damage to actually "tank" on one booster at a time rather than just treating them both as additional, time delayed ehp pools(as most single ASB fits). Naturally it could be flown either way and in 1v1 cruiser engagements a single booster at a time(heated or otherwise)may prove sufficient. Even running one booster at a time(or even perhaps pulsing the second booster) with heat can somewhat cover up the 60s "and then the ship explodes" window that single ASB fits for sure suffer from.

    Warrior II x3

    541 DPS before heat/implants (662 5%/3% + heat, CNAM)
37.34k EHP before gang, 55k EHP w/ shield harmonizing link on a T1 BC*
    1531m/s

*Now before anyone bitches, I'm not assuming a solo cruiser w/ a link alt and pirate implants... I think it makes a fucking LOAD of sense to run these new T1 cruiser gang FOTMs with a ferox, cyclone, or even prophecy for armor, with a single resist link running, it MASSIVELY improves your survivability using dual-LSE fits.

Dual-LSE fits have better survivability against everything but laz0rs.

This is a damn beast now. Dropping the web for an invuln gives you 72k ehp on a t1 cruiser (but gl hf hitting anything)

I agree, this thing looks like a beast (a friend of mine gave me one a bit ago, I just now decided to dick with fitting it). The Thorax gets a lot of attention, but this ship has better DPS/EHP than the Thorax by far. Note that even after the 5% resist -> 4% resist change this ship will still have 34.6k EHP out of gang (currently this fit has 36.4k EHP).
    Actually an '06.
