I drunk too much, too often and occasionally drive to work the next morning still slightly drunk.

It takes long than you'd think for alcohol to leave the bloodstream. In theory, the cops could net all kinds of on-paper drunk drivers during the morning commute.

I've seen cops camped out on the roadside plenty of mornings after long weekends, holidays, etc. RBT best BT.



Also Mike, it's okay as long as you kill/maim only yourself in the accident. That being said, I'd be pretty pissed if you collected a utility pole and cut the power in my neighbourhood. I'd ask you to be considerate towards others and at least try to ram yourself into a tree instead, but then you've already admitted you're essentially a selfish shit who habitually puts other people at mortal risk of your gross incompetence.

Maybe next time you get into a car while still drunk, you do everyone a favour and just idle the motor in the garage while a hose pipe feeds exhaust into the vehicle cabin where you're sitting. At least that way you're not deliberately endangering other drivers who're courteous enough not to drive off of their nut^*.

My wife was once working for a labour hire/recruitment company. They had a portable breath tester because of workplace H&S laws, and one morning after a big night, they had to send four staff home by taxi because they were still way over the limit and couldn't drive home themselves.

I get breath and drug tested fairly regularly at my work (1-2 times per week). But that's the mining industry for you in Australia.

Back in my Uni days, I used to have a wall of milk crates each holding 9 long necks of homebrew in my Dorm room. At the end of that year, I stopped drinking for 6 months just to prove to myself that I could.

Car broke down after I went shopping, by which I mean I think my dad has run the battery down beyond the point of ignition. I left him to his fate (up to a 2 hour wait for road side assistance) and walked the groceries home. After weeks of chilling temperatures I dressed for winter on the one warm day this month.

Felt like I was going to die walking up hill to get home, but now that I'm here and I've had a chance to sit down I feel pretty good!

Last Sunday morning at around 10 AM a drunk driver smacked into the back of my mates car at full speed. My friends 3 young children were in the back (6 years, 3 years, 3 months respectively). Thankfully the only person seriously hurt was my friend, who sliced up the side of his face on his window. After an emergency operation he will probably keep his eye. Either way he will have a full-length fringe-to jaw scar running right over his eye. Not that he cares, because the back of the care was basically crushed and his kids somehow escaped with nothing more than cuts and bruises. He is just really, really happy they are ok and really, really angry at the stupid twat who didn't let the alcohol leave his system before driving.

The scar will look awesome, but the OP of this thread is a cunt. A cunt that will hopefully die alone, without taking anyone else with him.
