Given their rarity and value does it really matter what bonuses it has, even if its ECM? 99% of people playing the game and PvPing are never going to ever face them.
That's not to say that they should have AoE DD or something ridiculous, but a ~30b cruiser with ECM or whatever is hardly a big deal.

I personally think the FHC team will win this year
they are high class PvP'ers with a brilliant plan
plus they are FEARLESS.
TBH you'd be more likely to see them actually get used if they were some sort of super-Falcon that people think can just jam itself out of any trouble.
I hope that as part of Caldari cruiser / frig probably being tournament prizes this year, they actually redesign the Moa model so I don't have to name my otherwise sexy Gila 'Ugly Duckling' ...

A review of API keys revealed that whilst we don't actually have enough pilots capable of fitting tech 2 guns to partake in the 12v12 rounds, and at least 2/3 of the corp are spy alts, we are more than capable of BRINGING THE HURT with the quality fits we've been testing: Laser 14 inch penises... armour drakes... armour laser drakes, no concept has been left unexplored.

10bil is the deposit, the ships are actually 20bil to buy from me - a 10 bil saving on what our price fix carted have decided to charge for them. once you factor in inflation you'll see that this is a magnificent deal, and to guarantee your security and satisfaction i will be more than happy to act as a third party (flat 5% commission) for anybody interested in taking us up on this offer.

WAT.So down to the nitty gritty of why everyone is here – the prizes. This year the tournament is sponsored by the Caldari State who has spared no expense in creating two extremely powerful and versatile ships in their class. These ships, currently unnamed, will be based on the Basilisk and Merlin hulls.
The Basilisk variant, which is the first prize, is a pioneering logistics ship with the added capacity to fit a covert ops cloak along with some very powerful skill bonuses.
The second prize will be based on the Merlin hull and will take the assault frigate role. This ship is an in the face brawler with 4 launcher hard points, missile/rocket rate of fire bonus and a very rare reduction in heat damage done to modules when overheating, effectively allowing much more overheating of modules
