    Heh, I'm using server side aim _only_ on arty, as it's the only time when I see significant differences.

    So, stupid question part 2, cause apparently I am bland AND bad at tanks.

    Where, specificly, is the option for server aim? I looked through last night and couldn't find it.

    Komarin was an excellent map where 300 xp capathon victories or draws never happened.

    While in Standard battle mode, I agree that those maps suck, they both could be interesting in Encounter mode, as the flag is in the middle of the map ... could make for some nice brawling on Komarin.

    Come to speak of it, there's really no difference in all three modes if you all play it yourself as "Kill all enemy tanks". The only (interesting) difference are the different (compared to standard battle) spawning points in those modes.

    At least Komarin is over with quick. Swamp and Malinovka are the ones that need to get out of the rotation if WG is dead set on removing maps. It'd be interesting to see how Swamp and Malinovka would play if the capture zones were moved towards the center of the playing field, but otherwise in a standard battle there's no way to salvage either map as they exist right now IMO.

    Hey I only realized they removed Campagne/Provance after reading it in regards to those two removals.

    In platoon Province was nearly a guaranteed win, sometimes we still lost obviously. But solo it was much more difficult. People just camped, eventually dying to enemy snipers and arty without damaging any of enemy snipers. And west spawn had better chances than east. That one stupid rock in top right that lets say a Batchat obliterate everything below him with impunity.

    I didn't think so. Got Mastery in my T110 assaulting the enemy base. But campers won out in the end.

    I fkin loved Province, both in arty (most of the time) and in mobile tanks (Pershing/Patton, T32). Kinda sad it's gone tbh.

    Provice had only one thing to do and that one got boring fast. It was true campers map, the one which would move the most in the beginning would lose, you could not push flank or something. Way way too exposed from too many points if you try to move.

    And it is still available in 1-3 tier, I actually think it can work for them because spotting range and precision of guns in that tier prevent pinning people down like in high tiers.
