Tracking disruptors and the new patch

Anyone else notice that while all of the meta and T2 TDs got the new missile explosion velocity bonus, the show info on the storyline Investor TDs doesn't show the bonus? I haven't had a chance to get on TQ to test whether or not the effect actually does apply despite the show info not listing it however.

The explosion radius modifier only shows on the T1 & T2 (not meta) TDs and doesn't appear to be affected by skills or either of the scripts. I think this was a change that they were testing on sisi and then decided to take it out of inferno release until they fine-tuned it better and it just got left on the modules by accident. Not sure if it even works on the T1/T2 mods anyway (there aren't any TD changes in the release patch notes).
