Botters?
Yeah that's over $1000 when you buy from goldfarmers...
Edit: At least last time I checked, but that was a while ago...
Could have been flipping stuff in the AH, if you know what to flip and are patient I wouldn't be surprised if you could double your money in an evening.
So... DH Act 2 Inferno.
Wat do?

Currently dying to these snake thingies 24/7 because i seem incapable of actually spotting the ones not stuck on my templar sneaking up cloaked in my face.. Its also fucking expensive (25k max repair) when i will sometimes die multiple times on certain champ packs (Reflect damage, inv. minions, vortex, teleport y0)
Seems the name of the game is to go with natalyas sets theese days but no fucking way im making that cash any time soon
You absolutely can. If you do it in the 1-20 million price range. NOBODY buys items for 200.000.000 (except that one dude obviously).
It is obviousy a conspiracy to make you buy from the RMAH.
You should probably post on the forums about it.
No. A Rhinoceros is not a fat Unicorn.
Really, really dislike your skillset. Run this:
Gloom is only useful vs. damage reflect, and even then just barely. You don't have the discipline to use it + smokescreen, drop it for an AoE ability such as elemental arrow of your choice
Hungering arrow - this needs to be devouring or puncturing. Every other rune is terribad in comparison. Devouring does slightly more DPS but is incredibly streaky.
Cluster arrow - Wayyyyyyy too hatred expensive, you will burn all your hatred and then be SOL. Make this impale w/ grievous wounds. High burst damage for burning elites, but not so much hatred consumption that you can't actually use it.
Nightstalker - This needs to be sharpshooter, its a MASSIVE dps increase and works very well with impale. It allows you to abuse entrance portals, burn reflect damage mobs while in stealth, etc. If you REALLY want to run nightsalker, drop steady aim for it, as the DPS gains from it are often unreliable. Having experimented with NS though, it was only useful on boss fights w/ nether tentacle due to the chain procs it gave. Post NT nerf, I don't see NS ever being worth taking.

At least the melee stunlock crit build for wizard is fun.
Vulnerant omnes, ultima necat.
I have found a 650dps lvl47 2handed weapon with no good stats on it except +27% dmg and +160intelligence. How much should I be asking for it? I remember 650 dps for lvl47 is a lot.
Hey, I just met you,
and this is crazy
but here's my number,
so call me, maybe?
Stupidly bought the digital edition last night, find I can't play after act 1.
Don't know what Blizzard think they are going to achieve by saying thank's for the money, have a version you can't fully use for 2-3 days. Game is OK, but not great so refund requested after this shenanigan. So sick of game companies treating honest customers like criminals or cash cows. What happened to the gaming industry in the last few years.![]()
Going to give a protip in exchange for possible plusreps: Invest in some lifesteal/crit gear, and hoard them for a week or two.
Demand is going to skyrocket, it'll become the new go-to stat instead of LoH.
I keep hearing this but can't find anything on the forums about it. Is it some kind of developer intell or something?
Once you start to crit frequently for 500K + it doesn't matter that you only get like 0.6% from a 3% life steal as its still going to heal you for about 3K. Also LoH doesn't get 100% from some abilities but Life Steal isn't further reduced other than the 80% infero nerf (as far as i know). But that isn't new info it was in some dev comment ages ago that it was going to be better than LoH with better gear.
lol, this is so off I'm speechless
edit: Here I'll be somewhat useful. This was from that Reddit IAMA about it. Basically Bashiok tried to say "it'll get better" and yet when someone posted this, he never responded to it.
"The math you are using is not accurate. You can get 1500 life on hit with one weapon. Assuming you are getting the max 3% from a comparable weapon, that is only .6% in inferno. That means you would need 250,000 DPS to match the life on hit just from one weapon. You can get 1000 more from rings and amulets bringing it up to 2500 life on hit."
It's even more ridiculous if you dual wield - there are also a lot of legendary/set items worth using that have LoH. And yes, I understand there are coefficients but they're usually somewhat fine - anything that hits a lot of units, has a lower coefficient but you get LoH on every one. Sorry, but life steal blows.
Also hitting even 150k+ dps on a melee char is not a possibility (at least without billions of gold for perfect items) unless you feel like farming Act1-2.

how does loh work with something like electrocute or disintegrate on wiz since they both have crazy tick/attack rates
