Many seem to not know how Health globes actually work.
You must have noticed Blue and yellow ( champions and elite) have markers on their healthbar.
For blues its at 50%, and for yellows its 75% , 50% and 25%
This is not for style or art choice, this is when they drop healthglobes.

Blue have a 60% chance to drop healthglobes at 50% and 0%
Yellows have a 100% chance to drop healthglobes at 75%, 50% and 25% and 0%.

Use this wisely , it is how the game is meant to be played , and how to survive some elite fights.

There are 2 kinds of healthglobes, blue's drop globes that heal 20% and yellows 35% of your health.

Updated: It seems they change how this works in a hotfix without patch notes. Some say now there's a small chance (instead of 100%) of globes at 75% and 25% for yellows.

semantics...really, youre paying RL money to acquire an item to win. I've already noticed the gold auction house is not nearly as loaded with items as it once was. It will get to a point where you NEED to use the RMAH to upgrade. That's good for blizzard, bad for the customer.

Progress progress progress and then suddenly it's a level where there's pack you simply cannot do anything about until you go the auction house and find some cheap upgrades and then you're allowed to progress, progress, progress until bam suddenly packs you just can't do anything to at all so it's back to the auction house etc...

Meant buying obviously, I would sell an item for >$100 in a heartbeat. A shame if Diablo 3 comes down to that though! It might end up with Blizzard balancing item drops with the trends of the RMAH, so it's neigh on impossible to find anything worthwhile without spending some doe, or farm gold. Diablo has allways been about phat lewt, and I don't consider farming gold for AH shenanigans very satisfying.

But seriously, I do feel kinda cheated with the whole RMAH. I took a little bit of e-pride from being one of the better geared Monks in Inferno. Now some asshole with lots of money can easily bypass my hard earned progress by dropping a few hundreds on the AH.
