So what does shielding actually do? As far as I can tell it makes things completely immune to absolutely everything I can do.

No RMAH on EU servers it's been pushed back to the 15th. Which is a bit of a shame I was looking forward to the luls.
Yeah, shield on the main elite makes it immune. Invulnerable minions I remember being CC-able though.
