Yeah tried to post that but failed as usual.
So, apparently I've progressed too quickly. I'm not high enough level for Act 3 inferno, even though I've downed the Act 2 boss four times now. Every time I leave a public game, it resets me back to where I "should" be.
Immensely annoying.

How exactly are uniques formed now? Looking at the auction house, it appears an item will have roughly the same amount of stat slots, and maybe 2 or 3 of those are static in what choice they'll be, but not value. Otherwise, it appears to be a crap shoot like any other rare. Like a monk weapon that always has dex and attack speed of some value range, but then one has + exp on kill, one has life leech, etc.
edit: oh, following one of the links above I see how it works now. the random properties really make them all over the board

Also want to say, because of all the haters, I freaking love the game. I play with my wife and we are having a blast in normal. I am sure it will be even moreso in the harder difficulties.

I have several classes right now depending on who I'm playing with. So far I've been having fun with all of them. Trying to convince four of us to start new characters and all of use roll monks and give zero fucks about party composition.
Having a crap ton of pets out at the same time with the WD is so much fun. :3

Me Tron Edna Pie did Act 1 Nightmare today, in approx 4 hrs (?) with some breaks. Didnt feel particularly difficult except for derping around near exploding mobs.
But p unlucky with the drops, had to whore the broken AH for a weapon.
