There are some runes that can do this. The damage immunity shield of the Monk, when it expires it deals damage proportional to the dmg tanked; something similar with one of the Ignore Pain /Barb/ runes. Generally, this is a bad idea. Your aim is not to get in the middle of a huge champion group and let them kill each other.
And this description is bloody horribad. Barbs are for casual gamers - right. Especially when you consider the amount of gear you need to farm in order to progress (while 'other classes' have much easier time in this regard).
most barbs bitch that inferno isnt possible without sword and board. thats bullshit of the highest order, but you are gonna have to work hard on gear.
