enlighten me - what's so terrible about vortex mortar?
We also got illusionist invul minion arcane enchant fast sand wasps in act 2 today.
Was the first time we progressed so far into Act 2 (5 stacks and killing bosses), and that dude seriously fucked with our sense of accomplishment.
Starting to get geared up now. Did okay in act 2 today as a tanky monk, and bought a big upgrade chestpiece at the end of it so should be even better soon. Loving the difficulty and sense of progression in Inferno (not counting the currently utterly broken DH and Wizard). Doing Act 2 today with the three of us felt like a real accomplishment and testimony to how "far" we've come since the last time we miserably failed at it.
just coming upto asmodan now with my lvl 30 normal wiz how you guys get so much dps figures i've got no idea i'm at like 150 dps oO 5k hp though so thats reasonable I think.
also never seem to have any gold! but I do have a stash of yellows and 10 on ah too waiting to sell which hopefully will give me some cash.
also archon is fucking awesome on act 3 where you get swarmed by millions of mobs you can keep it active for like 10 minutes just chaining

Why can I not find gems on the AH, is it just stupidly broken or did they disable it.
Haven't been paying much attention to this thread, been busy with RL and playing my wizard, so on that note, can someone explain what is so broken about them? too much dps? too squishy?

Mortar / Extra Fast is the worst IMO. Can't kite it even with Caltrops.
Sometimes the rune for Elemental Arrow that has 40% chance to fear works though.
Mortar/Fast/Waller is my personal (un)favorite as a DH in Hell.
