Hi Failheapers,

This week I stepped down from running my old corp to focus on some new projects.

One of them is a financial project I will be running for 6 months over the summer. I am looking for investors who are looking to get some nice returns on unused ISK they have.

A full business plan for my project can be found here

But the tldr is:

- I am raising cash to invest in my industrial/trading alt corps
- I am selling 100 shares at 1bill each this May
- In October I will buy those shares back from investors plus profit

I invite any failheapers who have flown with me in MH, MM, NC. etc, or who find my contributions of pics to the pic thread amusing, to invest in this venture.

I am asset rich but isk poor. I need isk to buy materials for building, plus bpos, and other market opportunities.

Hi Guys, thanks for the interest in this. If you have the ISK ready to invest, feel free to send it to 'FireFly CEO' who is in a 1-man corp named Firefly Capital Ventures.

For those who wonder why the need for cash, it is because I lack the liquidity to purchase the mins and components to scale up my manufacturing. I have a lot of unused BPOs (which VV will be veryfying in his audit, which he said should be ready this weekend). I am also running a serious tower reaction chain currently and I want to buy my partner out of his share, but that will also require another chunk of cash I dont have currently.

However, here is a snapshot of some of my current operations:

It seems that you are using the ingame shares. If so, have you removed shares from your corp so that there's only 100? Because there are 1000 to start with.

Have you considered virtual shares? Ie. just a spreadsheet where you can see who has paid you what etc. I ask because I am not sure I will be playing in October, but I'd still like any invested isk back, preferably without bugging you.

In other news, VV has said the audit is pretty much done of my assets etc. Will post the link up in here later today or tomorrow.

Around 20b of shares sold so far, with a further 30b reserved.

the ingame shares I will be handing out later this week but I am also maintaining a spreadsheet with a list of who has paid what.

This investment is perfect who will be out of the game for a while or have dormant isk, as I am unlikely to pay dividends - just doing a big buyback at the end.

Basically, if you arent active in october, you will still be getting your isk back with needed to prompt me. I dont actually need the share transferred back, as detailed in the business plan, Firefly Capital Ventures is a 'shell-corp' created just for this summer project.
