So EU41 is absolutely safe I take it? Never really been around during major updates

Should be, cept I tried logging onto it 4-5ish hours ago and was stuck on "waiting to create character".
I'm downgrading to 1.7.5 tomorrow when I wake up, eu41's the only one I like playing on anyway.

Also haven't seen many posts on people that had ghillies or camos on before the patch. Still, probably not worth the risk.

Just logged into EU41. Ghillie is gone. Suspect rocket has removed it from the database. (EU41 is still running 1.7.1.5.)

Edit: I can't find the link right now, but Rocket posted that skins are not removed but are not first priority for hotfixs. May have to wait a few days welp.

Can I have 2 characters at once? I mean, does selecting a different profile in arma mean i get a different character to play with. I am currently playing through dayZ with a friend, but i am online more than him, and i'd like to play a seperate character whilst hes not online, and you guys seem to be having lots of fun going mad in elektro with an enfield. I think this sounds like fun and must now have a go. Can i do this whilst keeping my other character safe from my own idiocy?

Nope, characters are bound to the CD Key.

Everything else is still there. I still think it's too coincidental that there were issues with ghillies and rocket even posted about potentially disabling skins until he could hotfix. Either way, if you've a ghillie and you don't want to lose it, would not recommend logging in until everything is working properly.

I won't upgrade until 1.7.2.x line is released best to stay on 1.7.1.5 for now its stable and the newer version doesn't offer any major content

So, ammo-count-saving, which is the only real new feature in 1.7.2, doesn't actually work. Magazines still refill on relogging. :psyrocket:

Very interdasting. The conundrum of different servers on a shared hive and placement of buildings/sandbag setups is annoying. Constructing basic bases, i.e being able to place sandbag sections of varying sizes, deer stands, gates etc would be pretty sweet. Not sure how I feel about his idea of underground instances for player built areas.
