I was just looting the deer stands in balota, walking between the military tents to get from one end to the other, while suddenly another guy rounds the corner. We both just kind of stared at eachother for a moment, caught off guard, then he ducked back around the corner of the tent. I was totally not prepared for this. I had an AKM, but my M1911 was out, and it only had 4 rounds left in the mag. Panicking, I wildly fired those 4 rounds at the corner of the tent that he went behind. That was dumb, I thought. [i]Now he won't believe I'm friendly, or worse, he'll just disconnect[i]. Regaining some composure, I pulled out my AKM and circled cautiously around the tent. I didn't see him. Shit, he must have indeed disconnected. I checked my six. Nothing. Then I realized that I heard flies, and checked my murder count.
I totally killed that guy by blind firing half a sidearm mag through two walls of a tent. Thanks for the coyote backpack.

long poor post inbound.
Played on Dallas 1 for the last 3 weeks, discovered a 20+ tent set up along with a stash of 5 vehicles at the very NE corner of the map (they were on the boundary line so fucking easy to find)
I play solo and have made it quite clear on many occasions I play as a bandit. So I formulate a plan to steal me some shit.
While there numbers are low I managed to get 2 cars out full with things from their tents but the location I am moving the cars to is some distance away so takes time.
While absent they discover they have been compromised and on my return to steal a third car I am greeted with a AKM shot to the face.. Well played.
I needed the element of surprise to pull this off solo so My opportunity is as good as missed.... I mean who would leave said camp unattended for the next hour right?
I return again roughly an hour later after following the coast line all the way up, amazingly the camp is unoccupied but one ATV is missing. so I figured they were probably relocating,
taking my chances I fill up my backpack with shit from their tents but before I can make a move for a third vehicle I hear the ATv inbound.
I managed to hide in the grass while 2 guys bummed about at the tents. and decided to log out.
Eve taught me well so I decided to create an alias so I can log in without them being alerted to my presence (they know my name because they killed me at their camp right, but I have yet to identify them despite suspecting they were the server hosts)
While there numbers are low later that day I log back in and am about to make a move for a vehicle when I realise I am about to be ambushed. I have one guy centre at range and one flanking to each side.
I take one down but die in the process. This is where I find out for sure the camp I found belongs to the guys that run the server (Adrenaline-gaming)
They summon me to TeamSpeak sounding very unhappy in server chat and there is talk of banning.so I make a cheeky appearance.
TeamSpeak is amusing. I explain my desire to play as a solo bandit, explain how I made my attack, they concede that I did nothing wrong but are clearly frustrated, spend 10 minutes attempting to get me to join there clan (lol yea right) and I call it a night.
When I return I find myself banned from there server and after some discussion on the forum I am basically told I am banned by accident and no one banned me. I am also told I have been rude to suggest I was banned by them as they put their defences up. Even resorting to removing their own members posts from the topic.
Now I have a desire to grief them for the rest of my dayz (omg) but that�s a lot of effort considering the second they think I may be close to their camp I shall be mysteriously banned again.
tldr: DALLAS 1 admin are faggots.

So, I raided the 7Cav camp on their old server a few nights ago, then hit their new server (same camp location) a few hours after that.
Stole several vehicles, destroyed a whole bunch of shit (I'm talking 45+ tents full of gear) including some of the best guns in the game. I logged in last night a few hundred meters from the camp, empty - checked the tents, nothing.
Shit, they moved.
Started running towards (and then down) the West side of the map, and after about 30 minutes - ran into another camp! 3-4 tents, Jeep. 3 Guards. There weren't many people on the server, and over half of them were 7Cav. Sadly, they have IDs disabled (can't get a name with the scroll wheel), and it was broad daylight(and I have no camo) - so was erring on the side of caution. I took a wide berth around the camp, then realised I had 5 Grenades in my inventory that I'd stolen from 7Cav previously.
Plan, formed. Creep up to camp, and then grenade as much shit as possible. Sadly though - server mode ensured there weren't any crosshairs (or an aiming reticle for grenades/flares). I Dropped to my chest, about 450 meters from the camp, and proceeded to shuffle across the hill on my chest.
Some 30 minutes later, I was only 30-40 meters away from them.
Pull out grenade one. Throw.
Grenade sales slightly beyond them, and explodes 10-15 meters away. Fuck.
Pull out grenade two. Throw.
Grenade dinks off the side of the tent, right next to one of the guys. Explodes. Guy doesn't die immediately, but falls over dead 10-15 seconds later.
At this point, the remaining two guards were all 'wtf', and had split up in opposite directions to flank me, so I threw a grenade in either direction, and then crawled backwards out of the camp back to the woodline.
I never spotted the Jeep burning, but there was an explosion a few minues later, so I guess I'd clipped it with the first two Grenades.
Only 1 dead, but for no losses, in broad daylight, in the middle of an open field. Good times.

I think blowing up peoples camps is a bit over the top even if it is the 7thcav, better to do tiny raids. (Also hate cars)
Not quite ready to give them out, more pillaging needs to be done.
And blowing up people's camps isn't really something I'd consider to be OTT at all. I'd love to see Tents actually be destructable, because right now they aren't.
