    With that said, are you loing for the entire regn or just a few constellations?

    I don't think the holders do renting, but I'm sure you could hire pl or w/e to make sov vanish for you in your desired area. Prob wouldn't e cheap, and holding it once you have it could be tricky, not sure what sorta alliance backing you have.

    Vice versa, you could try to schmooze it up with cva and get installed as a holder in a constellation, if that's what you're looking for.
