"Oh, hi thiar little loltastic worm, I will just hurt you a little with my blast... OMAGAWD WHERES MY CAP I DONT EVEN"

Only fit I've used on this ship with good results, as long as you are selective with your targets. Comets/Taranises/DD's meets a less than but still viable spectacular death against it
A useful move to do when encountering something like this is ungrouping your guns - even if the neuts are staggered well, you should be able to fire a shot every few seconds, which can make a huge difference when considering how low the incoming DPS will be.

Since nobody seems to have posted a serious standard (and generally good) fit, here's what I came up with:

    [Worm, Worm - Shield]

    Internal Force Field Array I
    Drone Damage Amplifier II
    Drone Damage Amplifier II

    Limited 1MN MicroWarpdrive I
    Medium Azeotropic Ward Salubrity I
    'Langour' Drive Disruptor I
    Initiated Harmonic Warp Scrambler I

Rocket Launcher II, Scourge Rage Rocket
Rocket Launcher II, Scourge Rage Rocket
    [Empty High slot]

    Small Ancillary Current Router I
Small Core Defense Field Extender I
    Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I

    Hobgoblin II x5

    Needs 1% grid implant

    179 DPS
    8.64k EHP
    2630 | 3765 m/s
    3.2s align
    56.4 non-mwd sig
    72mil isk
    Actually an '06.

    EVE: OrangeAfroMan
    Dust514: Andrelommech
    MWO: Northern Nomad

Drop down to Meta4 Rocket Launchers as:

    A) The vast majority of your DPS comes from your drones
    B) You're never going to use Rage Rockets (you gain 2! DPS over faction rockets, but do worse damage vs non-shield buffered frigates AND have a bigger signature radius)

The saved CPU allows you to upgrade the tank + tackle massively to Meta4, giving you:

    [Worm, Worm - Shield]
    Internal Force Field Array I
    Drone Damage Amplifier II
    Drone Damage Amplifier II

    Limited 1MN MicroWarpdrive I
    Medium F-S9 Regolith Shield Induction
    Fleeting Propulsion Inhibitor I
    Faint Epsilon Warp Scrambler I

'Arbalest' Rocket Launcher I, Caldari Navy Mjolnir Rocket
    Salvager I /OFFLINE
'Arbalest' Rocket Launcher I, Caldari Navy Mjolnir Rocket

    Small Ancillary Current Router I
Small Core Defense Field Extender I
    Small Anti-EM Screen Reinforcer I

    Hobgoblin II x5
    Warrior II x5

8.76k EHP, but has an extra 1.1km point range unheated and has a 60% web vs your 52.5% web.

    [empty high slot]

    Small Polycarbon Engine Housing I

    Hobgoblin II x5

Havnt tried it on a worm yet, but it works, somewhat, on a hookbill, where the problem was the applied dps, drones could solve that problem, tank should be enough!

Its just worth flying for the reaction in local! Also you need to have skirmish links (well the point range one) or everything will escape you!

I posted that exact fit on the previous page
I tried to be cool and all I got was a lousy warning about my sig being too big.
