LOL COMPLAINING THREAD - LAST THREAD IS IN A HONCENTRATION CAMP

Ezreal/Caitlyn lane (already a warning sign I know) goes 0-13 at 25 while dying to constant jungle ganks from Darius. Who's fault is it? Never once see a ward, and they're against a Nid/Zil lane.

While obviously in this case they suck, I do see a huge lack of support from people in LoL in general.
For example, if you see someone struggling badly, it virtually NEVER happens that people offer to swap lanes, lend support, or generally help them out. Most of the time it's "OMG noob feeder" from the rest of the time.

Clearly, sometimes they are just beyond help, but helping people get better IS actually a positive.

Mind you, LoL has probably the most horrific, toxic community i;ve ever seen in general, especially in pub games, so nbs.

Btw, not suggesting you could have helped them in this case...if they blamed the jungler, they probably were WAY past help! Just something I have noticed in general.

My favorite is when you try to gank their lane after 5 min of "noob jungler won't gank my lane" and you get counterganked and they yell at you for feeding.

People say LoL has the worst community. The community IS bad, but far from the worst I've ever seen. Counter Strike 1.6 had the worst community I've ever seen. LoL is downright polite in comparison.

I didnt play 1.6 but I played source and fuck me lol is a million times worse.

Also played another 900 elo game on a friends account earlier and fuck me you literally have zero clue whether you are going to win till 40 mins into the game. We should of lost in 20 mins surrender vote didnt work and we ended up winning because I was ashe and had a friend playing Soraka and we just rolled.

Best move is not to queue dodge, play the game because who knows you might win anyway, and report the asshats after the game. This is the real problem I have with queue dodging, it doesn't punish the idiots who are causing the dodging, they're just free to continue being complete asshats in the next lobby, and the one after that, until they get a team that gives in to their pathetic demands.

I'm also running into a lot of "x or AFK", "x or I AFK", "x or TROLL" summoner names (x being a champ name).

How do these people exist with hundreds of ranked games? How does Riot not immediately ban for names like that?

Also, why is surge even in the game? Why have they not nerfed flash some more and made everything else apart from ignite, exhaust, smite, heal, and CV viable or removed them, in fact.

As long as flash exists in any way, shape or form, it will be a dominant summoner spell for the simple reason that it is instant. Instant cast, instant effect.

As to why Surge exists - because it was a replacement for Rally, which was also never used. The idea is nice but the problem with these spells is either they are MASSIVELY overpowered at some point in the game or they are useless the entire game and with both Surge and Rally, the latter case has always been true.

If riot ever removed flash they would have to make a item with the same functionality to replace it, as the meta is too ingrained for it to ever be truly removed.
