You're right. Presidential power has expanded much too far and Congress needs to re-assert it's authority. The fact that a president can send troops to not one, but two foreign countries without congressional approval is all you need to know.

It's not just the things he says, it's also the things he does. Promotes sanctity of marriage while working on his 4th wife. Recommends death penalty for drug addicts while popping enough Oxycontin and assorted opiates to actually damage his hearing. He's a hypocritical gasbag, and for this, he is worshipped by legions of mouth-breathing sisterfuckers who repeat his words verbatim as if they were owned thoughts. At least liberal entertainers are funny; Limbaugh is a sputtering hate engine, and hate can only be answered with hate. I dream of the day a blood clot finally separates from a vein in his leg and lodges in his fat-riddled brain. Russell is one of the the founders responsible for the "Kony 2012" video that recently went viral. He is described on the organization's website as a co-founder and "our grand storyteller and dreamer."
