Supers have lost their significance when they became a commodity and therefore were castrated. Titans reduced to glorified battleships? Fuck this.
I have a solution that will be translated from my program that i am currently writing for russian forums and put up on that page.
Power blocks are necessary and unavoidable evil, just as irl. Thing is to make their massive size a vulnerability beyond susceptance to spies and useless carebears.
Cripple the infrastructure, nerf the blobs, introduce NPC "fatigue" to prevent chain-ratting and general sitting on one spot.
Don't have a single idea about lowsecs beyond it being a playground for bittervets and roleplayers.
Incursions? Even less idea.
boosts? Command links? Off grid links? Link ship? Etc
0.0 sounds good but as I don't know the super change your proposing eh a bit shaky.
Command links? Should be in the same grid to work.
Cloaks eat cap proportionally to ship size or even just limited by time.
Non-covert ones can't be activated on low capacitor.

I thought about text quests as part of missions/anomalies and some mini-game for mining (not minecraft).
Oh wow. Now that i have actually sobered up i see how many there are candidates and that barabaner already runs for it.
So, since i have apparently filed my application two hours later than they were supposed to be processed and it's still under evaluation
(why the fuck is new eve site just as shit as the old one i keep logging off and have to *update* my application to see it, also the URL to my page in it somehow got two quotemarks after it, nice job!)
i better lay back and think this through~~~
