Wasn't a huge furball of a fight, but it was a really fun fight, and about 30 solid minutes of laughing ensued on comms afterwards

and I don't even remember how the fuck it happened but Senshi somehow managed to run the camp
This was the second or third time we tried this, but that time their fast tackle also followed Cadion through, and like lemmings they all tackled me, allowing me to jump through and burn away from their hurricanes. Also, when we reached PC9, one of the Flatline. guys convo'd me and wanted 200m to save my 'slaved vaga' as he put it.

Edit: the vaga then died to a scram cynabal + gang lol

GF to be had in FD- this morning. Get a report of a few Freebeer camping the PF- gate. So I decide im bored and havent solo'd in awhile, then the scout said he would come along. The hostile fleet was like 4 bcs so 2 ships seemed like a fair fight. So I decided to take a LOLfit scorpion. It pushed out a whopping 600 DPS. So we had a cloaky tengu scout that led us up to FD- now they knew we were coming 1-2 jumps out due to obvious scout in local. What followed next will be sung by bards in gallante pubs for years to come!

    ROUND 1

    HML Tengu
    LOLSCORP

    vs

    Drake x3
    Hurricane x3
    Sabre
    Rifter

BR: We positioned the Scout to put eyes on the PF- gate. Thier fleet had jumped to 3 canes, sabre, rifter, 2 drakes. So we were still pretty evenly matched. I warped my lolscorpion to the PF- gate and watched as Freebeer all warped off. Clearly I had either spooked them, or they were planning something, SCHEMING EVEN. One cane had jumped through so I jump through to dispatch him, just to watch it warp away. I contemplated what this could mean.

I moved back to the gate and jumped back through and proceeded to warp to station, the Intaki one. On the station i saw a cane which I pointed and agressed. Using a clever tactical maneuver he docked. I figured that would be the end, but the Freebeer warriors would not disapppoint and in a few seconds we would hit round 2.

    ROUND 2

    HML Tengu
    LOLSCORP

    vs

    Drake x3
    Hurricane x4
    Maelstrom
    Hyena
    Sabre
    Rifter

BR: So I saw another cane undock, and it was on. I pointed the cane and began tearing into him. Noticing almost all of the fleet on scan or undocking it was apparent we were about to do engage in the dance of death. The Fellow tengu warped in at range and we began to engage in honorable space battle. I attack the only hurricane that is combating me, and using my innate powers of bushido square off against a clearly equal and fair fight. Hurricane starts to die, and i am at 80% shield, doing good so far.

All of the ships agress and i am jammed, apparently the Freebeer entities practiced the sacred art of jam drones. With my Ability to target failed me, damn caldari engineering! I begin to deagress at 20% shield just as the hurricane warps off. I am now hitting armor, 80% armor. The heat is on as it is apparent they are really not messing around. I continue to move to keep any kind of transverse I can. I contemplated Sebaku, but to die in battle is too good an honor. I hit structure and think once last time about the dishonor of dieing to the denizens of FD-.

I hit 50% structure and begin to make peace with what Gods... "Docking request accepted"... FCK YES. I mean *cough*... ah the courageous hero lives to fight another day. Having survived my last encounter and acknowledging the intent of my enemy to combat me in ship to ship combat, I decide that with the amount of DPS on the field a slight fit change and maybe asking another RK member to help would not make it uneven, maybe just a little unfair. BUT I trust in the aspirations of my honorable enemy. Onto to ROUND 3.

    ROUND 3

    HML Tengu
    LOLSCORP
    Hurricane

    vs

    Drake x3
    Hurricane x4
    Hyena
    Sabre
    Rifter

BR: Apparently it was a horrible idea to joke about a CYNO on my scorpion Heh. The mighty forces of the Freebeer alliance had resumed thier standoffish stance on the PF- gate.. GOADING me follow. I get my single help hurricane on the FD gate in X-M. Now i debated bringing in the hurricane, the sheer number of RK fleet could scare off my honorable foe. I hear the scout report that the enemy forces are on the PF gate, I saddle up to ride once more into battle and perhaps DIE with honor! I warp to the PF gate and have my wingman align, just as I land the freebeer gang warps off. "WHAT IS THIS!!" Clearly a diversionary tactic!! I call my friend on the FD gate in X-M to get to a tactical, they are SEPERATING US! BRILLIANT TACTICS!

I warp back to the X-M gate and prepare to DO BATTLE.. while shouting my war cry over TS I begin locking hurricanes, and they start warping off. I do not get fast enough lock, as again the engineering of the caldari fails me. The entire enemy fleet eludes me again, thier disorienting passive aggression tactics win out and they warp back to the PF gate. I start to worry if I am not worthy of such an honorable foe, thier tactics best my own. I align back to the PF gate, and make my peace with what gods i still held true and prepare to warp back in one last time. I warp to the PF gate and drop drones and begin locking targets. MY tengu wingmate warps in as well and points a cane. I Point and sabre and BEGIN TO DO HONORABLE BATTLE! Then the gate fires, SURELY THEY HAVE TRAPPED ME! And a hurricane disappears. The sabre I was locking jumps through.. and the rest of the fleet escaped! I was at a smidge of a loss at that moment.

Had I been duped? Was this a further diversionary tactic to further confuse my fleet? I took this as a sign that maybe I should lick my wounds cut my losses and make a "tactical withdraw" With much accusations of cyno bait, non-solo or small gang warfare entities thrown my way. But I thank the gods of mercy, take my piece and leave the FD- system. I learned alot in my encounter and my close call with death reminded me of the more important things and the fact that being such a novice pvper I have alot to learn.

Gf freebeer, I will return and REVENGE SHALL BE MINE!

So ROUND7, I kinda went back in LOLscorp and it really was well I got smacked for being in Rote Kapelle, and appareantly I never try to solo.

    Loss Mail
    http://www.rotekapelle.com/killboard...l&kll_id=66666

It as an Honorable death. But I am debating on my targets being so honorable? It is of no consequence, I would go back for more.

Appareantly somewhere in the realm of PVPlore if you bring more ships fight and win, you are by some wierd law of nature superior. v0v I told my companion Tung that I wanted to go back to FD and if we took an evenly matched fleet the denizens would come bearing teeth of war! So we talked about it and said lets take some Rokhs! So off we went and despite planning on going alone a few other small gang pvpers, I.E. RK members wanted to come. Our eyes in FD- said thier fleet was like 15 ships deep and that they had a Falcon. We weighed our options, and normally 15 ships vs 2 rokhs might have been a horrendous idea. However being men of incredulous valor we would not deny the Denizens of FD a fair fight. So thus begins the Round 7:

    2 x Rokhs
    1 Vaga
    1 Stabber Fleet Issue

    vs

    Loki
    Broadsword
    Deimos
    Curse
    Falcon
    Rifter x 2
    Lachesis
    Brutix
    Drake x 2
    Hurricane x 5
    Thrasher x 2
    Sabre
    Daredevil

The stage was set and field sized up fairly, we went once more into the breach. As we landed on the PF- gate in X-M we find out that they are already heading to X-M gate. Scout in X-M of course! So we jumped in and decided we would brawl right there. In comes the fleet of villanry and we engaged in honorable space combat. So I wasn't the primary, I started ripping into ships that burn out, which caused me great pain. So close on so many, but god do I love the Rokh. Tung goes down first, and I am tanking them pretty well until the Curse arrives. That would spell the end of the engagement. The death was glorious the gods of war and humility appeased I return to TXW a happy man full of awe and remorse for the fallen. Undetered I will return to the FD- system to fight the goblin like entities that verminate that system with renewed vigor.

    http://www.rotekapelle.com/killboard...d&kll_id=66678

Despite fighting with honor and dieing with a fleet of obviously equal size and strength. I again was informed im terrible in local, Rote Kapelle never solos, we were trolling, and Rote Kapelle is going to disband. This obvious psychological warfare of thiers is impressive. It was a gf and I told them that in local. Despite the ship loss we had alot of fun, and despite popular belief we fight underdogged more often than not. And we tend to have to, to get anyone to fight us. I am just thankful that Freebeer felt the numbers were even enough to engage and make for a good night. Looking forward to more BRs in the future... tune in next week kids to get the answers to this week's BR, Will Anderson Go back to die in a blaze of glory? Can Rote Kapelle survive despite the above mentioned fortune of ruin? THEY KNEW WE WERE THERE, AND THEY UNDOCKED!?

    STAY TUNED..!!

Good Fight, Rote Kapelle and others in EF-F36

I'm not the right person to be giving a battlereport on this, but some thoughts: Fights like this and last weekend's fight in F67E-Q are exactly what Infiana Elparus and friends are looking for, and we are all very glad that you provided. We had a feeling we'd get something like this from conversations we'd had earlier in the day, and we felt pretty comfortable during the fight with the fact that we would probably all die.

Special thanks to Ben Booley for coming back multiple times, but Lord Mummbi is literally the best person in game. Also, crystals are the best implants for a Revelation.

This carrier, right here, was built almost 5 years ago, by a shitty little corp in Fountain, who pulled together for a week of mining and boring shit to raise money for it.

This was to my knowledge, the oldest capital ship in Rote Kapelle, that has throughout its life been involved in large and small scale capital fights consistently throughout its life (when active).

    Good fight.

We kinda expected a clusterfuck. And kinda knew it'd be you as we were keeping eyes on your shit. We decided to say "fuckit" and went in balls deep.

Battle report pending. RIP Booley's carrier...and his dread...and his other dread.

EDIT: This is what it takes to kill...well, all of us.

    EF-F36

Altruism and Al3xander home, and at 0437 Eve time the site of a massive capital fight that would total 60 billion in losses. And see 40+ capitals, a massive subcap fleet and 3 super carriers. It was earlier yesterday that we received intel of a possibility of a capital fight in EF-F36. Being the non-clueless group that we are the wisest of the wise saw a trap way before anyone suggested it. Using some rationalization we assumed who could be the most likely trap springers. Noting right away that Ningas have won 2 out of 2 recent capital engagements, some of the largest recently we painted them as the most likely of opponents.

As time drew near we appropriately scouted the opposing forces areas and began mounting ourselves up for what could be a massive slugfest/laggfest where numberous capitals would meet their fateful end. Without fear we decided that if we were going to spring a trap, then let it be done and we would fight the likes of which some of these local groups haven’t seen in a long time if ever.

On field intel reported a small capital fight between Altruism and Al3x, and we considered the baitfleet carefully. Alternate system scouts reported what we expected right away, this was going to be a trap and there would be blood. Our FC ordered bait fleet in and we began fighting with the Al3x guys, ignoring the Altruism capitals for now. The Al3x capital entered low structure.

    Current Fleet Comp:
    Rote -2x Carriers/1x Dread

That was when the Cyno went up, and Ninjas/Infiana jumped in an estimated 18 Dreadnaughts, numerous tackle and an anger that would shake any single pilot in EF-F36. Immediately they sieged, bubbles went up and we had to make the decision to accept the open challenge made by the opposing fleet and jump.

Without a second thought, the order was given. 6 Carriers, 6 Dreads, and 2 Super carriers jumped.
There was toying around with what we were going to do, or what we needed to do. Time to brawl the fuck on.

They wouldn’t be alone. A support fleet and numerous tacklers would jump with them culminating on a beautiful Nova of firepower. And we would be coming for blood, we engaged an obviously worthy opponent in the most Honorable of Space Combat.

Immediately our dreads started to go down first, all the reps we had on the field just did NOT seem to be enough. Dreads, Carriers dropped like flies despite reps and hardeners overheated the Hostile fleet’s fury were NOT to be trifled with. The Alturism fleet warped off and the Al3x gang seemingly docked up, they seemed almost un-worthy of note at that moment as the dance of steel monsters was in full motion. Capital after capital dropped and popped, the lights flashed over the EF station. Rote was working FEVERISHLY to kill tackle off our supers, while the Ninjas kept working our capitals down with almost relative ease. We couldn’t tell whether we were winning this fight or not. However, that wasn’t our concern it was the fight that had our relentless attention. We would gain 1 more Supercarrier half way through the fight.

The fight was still hot when Altruism undocked their capitals again, were they going to join the fight? We couldn’t tell whether we were winning or losing and when Altruism re-entered the fight and it seemed to ensure the death throes of the Ninja fleet. Echoing our primary over separate coms we smashed into what was left and melted the last stalwart dreads, the last of them maybe 1 or 2 knowing that death was their only future committed an un-honorable sacrifice. Still a few would jump out, we will see them again. Bad NC dot Dread.

With the last dreads exploding the bubbles dropped and the cacophony of epic battle slowly dying we knew we had done well, but not without taking losses.

    In Total losses:

    Rote Kapelle
    11 Capitals
    6 Battleships
    1 Hictor

    Isk Lost: 20 Billion

    Ninja/Infiana/Soul takers
    15 Dreadnaughts
    1 Carrier
    5 Hictors
    1 Battleships

    Isk Lost : Estimated 30 – 40 billion

With the Field looted, and the honor of Rote Kapelle upheld we walk away with the utmost respect and admiration for the anger and skill of our formidable opponents. We know as well as they do, that vengeance is a drug that infects the most noble of souls. We expect it will not be long before you come to feed your hunger. GF gentlemen.

    http://www.rotekapelle.com/killboard...d&kll_id=66789

    LATER THAT NIGHT...

    PF-346/FD-MLJ

So basically we are moving ships, and it was good fun. Drinking and being jolly of all our hard battles and wins of great joy and folly, when intel seems to just manifest itself. Apparently an Alliance, DENIZENS of FD- were sieging a pos in PF-. Over Special channels I warned of their tactics, and what they could do. But they would not listen... those scandalous vermin would do anything to "make fight" with us.

Intel said of 2 dreads and 2 carriers, and some sub-caps. The cyno was moved into position and we released Hell on our unsuspecting victims. 2 Dreads, 1 Thanatos down, and the other one warped he would live today, escaped by the skin of his teeth.

    http://www.rotekapelle.com/killboard...d&kll_id=66793

Our capitals would leave the field but the opportunist of Freebeer would not be so easily detered, they were down several billion. They decided to engage our subcap fleet in FD- a three way would ensue and we would loose an Abbadon and Navy Geddon. The battle was even, 8 to 15 in favor of our Foes but us blobby Rote kapelle would not give in. We walked away with some losses, but overall we won the day. We had thought about jumping a carrier back in for some reps, but we thought our enemy would make much rage about carriers and "fair fight". It was clear that the 8 vs 15 was much more a fight on an equal playing field.

It should be noted that Brent in his unholy ability of crazed space maneuvers was all over the place, on top of people and underneath people with a grace and Ferocity that is difficult to match. All of our pilots are absolutely unmatched, I know I am bias, but I am absolutely beside myself being in the air of such amazing pilots.

Good fights all around to Freebeer and Flying Dangerous.

Unfortunately we also had a lot of pilots who were bumped quite far. I was probably 150km from Lord Mummbi mid-way through the fight. One guy who sieged as soon as he came in actually drifted so far away from the fight that he was able to escape tackle, and we had another dread drift from our cyno into dockrange of the station. Lucky for him! As the last dread pilot to die, it was interesting to watch and see how well you had spread your bubbles. As a sidenote, we specifically told everyone in our fleet not to self-destruct, but some people are too interested in keeping up their killboard efficiency (I believe only one guy did that, and we were not happy about it).

Only Thi0ridazin self destructed, but he's lolNCdawt, so probably trying to hide his losses from his alliance to avoid getting in trouble for not being out in sovland with them or something.

Our subcap fleet was derptastically comped because those of us forming the fleet up were dealing with 2+ clients, alt eyes, intel coming in from about 8 different sources (like literally I had 6 different people feeding me intel, and I know the others helping with formup weren't much better off). It basically came down to "caps, if you don't have a cap get into an armor BS or HIC". Which apparently translated into "half of the fleet ship into a HIC, the other half get into BS" so we had 10 HICs. In a 35 man fleet. When we had 15 caps. I suppose it's good that some of our guys watched what undocked and changed ships to balance things out a bit more.

It worked out well enough because we were able to keep most of the hostile caps not on station bubbled, but a few still managed to sneak out. I think it'd have been nice to drop 3-4 of the HICs for more BS, but ultimately in the grand scheme of things the extra 4k DPS would have been fairly inconsequential.

Not as interesting as the rote fight, but we had a good fight with sedition down in JQV tonight. We took out one of our A-game fleets tonight, sleipfleet, trying to get a fight out of Flatline/Moon Warriors/Innovia Alliance, who are all blued up now living out of T22 and running 50-man BC gangs around every night. Unfortunately, they didn't seem to be too interested, as their initial fleet was about the same size as ours with no logi. We got a couple of their ships despite some horrible bubbling on our part, and head on up to FD-. We wander around a bit with a small bait gang but didn't catch anything other than a derp-fit arazu.
Finally we come back down to AAS, pick up a few people who came in late and couldn't get up past Bipolar in F6. This brought our numbers up to about 23 in fleet, some of that being various alt scout eyes. We swing by JH again, but still no flatline and buddies, so we head down towards JQV. In M2 a maller lands on the VV gate with us, and we try to catch him but miss him, and chase him all the way down to 6-u before he finally loses us. Must have been nano-maller or something v0v.
Anyway, we get eyes in suba just as we're finished killing a drake while being bubbled by our own dictor, and pbump reports an ahacs gang on scan from the gate there. Burn out of bubble, warp to suba, jump in just as their fleet is landing, and start burning down guardians. We kill two of them before switching over to their DPS ships, and eventually kill a good portion of their fleet: http://droog.rwpcomputers.com/?a=kil...d&kll_id=30176. Not shown: falcon, scorp, 2 more guardians, and I think a couple more ahacs on their side, and 4 scimitars on our side. Sedition did a pretty good job of primarying the weak spots in our fleet comp, namely the t1 BCs. Carcer in the harb there survived in 1/2 structure thanks to some pro logi work by our scims. Anyway, we loot up, make our way back, and dick around with I-RED in M2 a bit, catching a scimitar that must have disconnected off the VV gate, because he came out of warp about 13 from the gate out of line with anything v0v. After that we go check on flatline and buddies one more time, still nothing, and so head back to aas and call it a night.

    +1 to SEDI for fighting.
+1 to Flatline/Napgayness for flying without logi.
-1 to Flatline for not fighting.. again. Lol.

You didn't get a fight out of FD-? v0v
