According to EveNews24, some TEST pets (99%) moved to the 59H-0G constellation, but I have actually yet to see them down there.

Heyas!
I'm certainly not about to go doing everyone else's intel for them in the area, but as a next-door neighbor of the system in question, I can assure you that 31-MLU is not empty. We've actually had some nice fights, though most likely on a smaller scale than would often catch the notice of the region at large.
May Syndicate long continue its tradition of PvP for all.

IT had an epic fight vs. TEST just now.
On our way to PF-, our scout reported a TEST gang in Poitot. We jumped into F67 and warped at range from the gate. TEST attempted to jump into F67 and warp off the gate, but we caught a Stabber, Blackbird, and Tempest before they could warp off. We were burning to a celestial when they landed a Raptor right on top of us. Luckily, we were aligned and everyone warped off okay. We bounced back onto the gate and jumped into Poitot and overheated our m-dubs towards the star. What followed was a drawn out battle spanning around 400km. In the beginning we lost a few ships as I, the lone Scimi, tried to burn out of tackle range of their frigs and the tier 3's were left behind. Once we had coalesced into a nice ball, however, I had no trouble keeping everything alive. By the time the fight was over, we had a long string of wrecks to loot and pat ourselves on the back with.

AGONY is pissing me the fuck off with their shit frigate fitting.
They're dropping MWD's for AB-only so they can camp out in PVH and use all that extra PG on gay shit.
Proper way to fit a frig for 1v1 combat is with an AB. 98% of all other frigs pack a scram anyways and since you have to be in scram range in order to be in actual engagement range, no point in fitting an MWD when it's going to be shut off the instant you enter combat. Sure they gatecamp with them too, but who's really going to drastically alter their fit between solo work and gatecamping? They'll usually have a few pilots willing to 1v1, which they will honor, but make sure you get them in your own fleet first because they always have a booster somewhere in system
tl;dr, just because AF's have reduction in sig bloom for MWD's now, doesn't mean you should fit one in every scenario.
Yeah, it's kinda my failing. I fly my same deep 0.0 roaming, dual-prop Taranis setup in Syndicate that I take up to Branch/Venal. I guess I should go with like deadspace AB pimp-repper Enyos or some shit, but I'm ca$h p00r.
But yeah, I was mad and am now calm. ~inner peace~
sup.
are you belonging to those weird dudes who log off everytime we enter system? its fun to watch but its a bit retarded. we [C4MEL] are roaming around mostly in 10-15man gangs, doing the old syndi thing. so engage us from time to time there will be goodfights without falcons or other faggotry, no need to stick your head into the sand.
We had a small skirmish with Agony last night in FD. We were about 14 strong, mostly BCs against a bunch of hacs with logi support. Pretty equal numbers. We warped the fleet to 20 and opened up on an Oneiros. He was about half armor before he managed to kite out of range. By that time, the Agony deimoses were up in our shit, scrambling everyone. We burned through one deimos and then things went south. Welp, we were on our way back from an ill-advised Solitude roam and thought it might be fun. GF Agony.

Battle report is a little messed up. Rote came through a couple minutes later and killed the logi we were after.
Very cool of you guys to engage. We'd been unable to find a fight all night so you saved our FC from being lynched by bored fleet members.
Yeah, Rote came in as we were looting the field and trying to catch some kitey locals. Took us totally by surprise; we all looked like your avatar when they spiked local.
Tbh, we hardly ever have boosters logged on except for scheduled gangs. But if you suspect we do, just ask for us to not use them. We honor all 1v1 agreements once made.
And I've soloroamed most of Provi, Curse, Syndicate, Catch, pure Blind and Venal in an AB Taranis. MWDs are unneccessary for frigates.
Bumped into a 50-strong TEST fleet in 6-U that has a titan tower set up in MXYS. Apparently they're just hanging out and hot-dropping random folks. Sadly, they didn't want to party with our fleet (we were about the same size, but they had no logi as they were using a triage archon for their reps. They were comped as an armor gang with some Vindi's and lots of zealots).
We did manage to instapop a couple of their fail-jumpers before they squirreled around us to their POS. Anyway, if you run across a lone TEST ship out and about...it's probably not really alone.
7th Sanctum also bridging onto dudes. I attacked their Cyno Arazu in my Deimos and suddenly bomber gang!
Luckily, none of them had scrams, so I made off all right. vOv

So here's how it all goes down. We happen to notice some silly Flatline & Co Tier 3 BC's (about 35-40) blapping away at a Sedi POCO with 3 scimmy's and some falcons as support, their long-range Tachyon lasers and 1400mm Howitzer Artillery picking away at the shields from a whopping 10km away. We get about 10 BS, 2 hictors, and a triage archon ready. Our own equally-silly Arazu pilot accidentally bumps the poco while getting in position and decloaks. A hostile lachesis yellow-boxes him... and points the POCO.
We all chuckle on TS. The Arazu gets out alright, but we figure the op is blown at this point.04:28:09 Notify KhellendrosX [HAMPB]<FL--->(Lachesis) has started trying to warp scramble "Customs Office (S-U8A4 IV) [Sedition Holding Corp]
Nevertheless, we set up on the next POCO coming out of RF and prepare a trap(tm), which basically involved warping the Arazu to the next poco at 30km. A few minutes pass with us all having our tense game faces on. D-scan fills up as all of their alphanado's and co. landed basically on 0 of the cyno recon. Cyno up, portal up, we jump in.KhellendrosX > sedition POCOs have been known to warp off sometimes
To be expected, they all start burning towards the sun, out of the bubble. We get a few good long points from our Arazu and kill like a rapier, one or two nado's and a few bombers, We then of course circle jerk, pat each other on the back and congratulate each other on our leet pvp (doctor, doctor. doctor.). We shoot up the POCO to about half-armor while waiting for the triage cycle to end. Maybe next time, we tell ourselves, Flatline will organize a really ferocious gang with all those numbers they have and give us a great fight.
And just as that thought echoed around the inside of each of our skulls, behold, local spiked! Do to the epic number of neutral in system already, we werent really sure who it was, until a bunch of AF's came on scan, indicating the Sedi/Vanguard fleet we'd scouted earlier. They went by on scan... and left scan. They came by on scan again... and left scan again. And then local dropped. Blast.
Our out-gate is rapecaged so we warp up to a tactical above it, bringing the archon with us. At this point, local begins spiking again as the gate flashes a few tier 3's came in... and then BAM suddenly Tier 3's warp in at range. Benny Hill music then began playing in my head as more tier 3's, this time Sedition & Co having reshipped, landed at a different tactical. The three-way buttsex was on, but they were able to alpha through the Arazu so we were down our long-point tackler. The next 10 minutes consisted largely of us trying to get points on things and blapping them with our few navpocs (really needed more) while both fleets warp around different tacticals on the gate sniping at each other and occasionally us. Unfortunately we didn't have enough range projection with only 3 navpocs, a few 'bads and a navy geddon, and without the Arazu we were unfortunately unable to really hold anything after that. It was definitely an interesting fight I'll try and get FRAPs up when possible. Though I would like to see Flatline roll around in some heavier fleets, they typically double our numbers when we engage them but they always have stealth bombers or nano BC's or stuff that will always run. Such is Syndicate, it seems.

Dropping triage archons on shield fleets in syndicate: they gonna run.

Yeah, running to try to draw you out of range of your triage is the right move for a shield bc gang vs a triage armor gang.
Not necessarily. Not sure if they live in syndicate or just roam through, but Exodus. run proper shield nano gangs, and can be very nasty to tangle with if you're not prepared. They saw our triage carrier and BS jump on an Sedi/Vanguard BS gang one time, and harrassed the shit out of us the entire way home, even picking off a straggler or two. It all culiminated in Y9G where they very effectively dictated range, applied their DPS uniformly and generally were a pain in the ass for our armor group to deal with. It was a great fight. Last night with Flatline's gang felt more like fighting a clusterfuck, different Tier 3's would warp in at different ranges, even around ~50km which is optimal range for Abaddons w/ scorch, when they should never have come below 70km. Instead of picking soft targets they went for the tankiest (and most useless) thing on the field, our Bhaalgorn who literally did fuck all the entire time because there was nothing to neut.
Correct, the tactic is called kiting. They never do that though, it's a simple "oh shit it's tishu" and run. Seems like no matter if we have triage or a guardian group, 98% of other gangs refuse to fight anything more than a pair of Oneiros'. I know certain groups are all anti-logi and think that everything should be a "my 10 drakes/canes versus your 10 drakes/canes beat-each-other-in-the-face" slugfest, but do we really have to eschew all types of support ships except falcons to get a "gudfite" around here? The PC9-pocket coalition can consistently field 40-50+ man gangs during a weekday, SU-pocket coalition can field slightly less. I've seen AHAC gangs come out of T22, the occasional drake/harbinger blob, and now tier-3 heavier gangs. Yet what do they accomplish? I'm always watching killboards but these massive fleets never seem to fight each other or anything else, just grabbing a few ganks and calling it op success. The predominant fleet doctrines seem to follow the philosophy of fitting your ship to be able to gtfo in case of trouble, instead of fitting it to stand and fight. They eschew combat effectiveness in favor of being able to extricate yourself from unfortunate situations instead of adapting to and ultimately overcoming them; kind of like a warp core stab. It just frustrates me personally to no end to see intel channels report these 50man gangs several times a week, and yet they never fight anybody. Why can't they field 40 Abaddons and a bunch of guardians or a few triage? Fuck me that would be scary.
Sorry for rant/ramble/shitpoast but I thought syndicate was the place to go for gudfites? I realize the heavy hitting armor stuff isn't everybody's cup of tea, this is more aimed towards the T22 and SU- coalitions who certainly fancy themselves as such.

Don't look at me, we'll shoot at anything we think we can kill, and sometimes things we can't v0v
In mildly related news/rants: You also just described Angel hulls to the letter (except they don't sacrifice combat effectiveness at all). They are the gayest fucking things ever conceived. Fuck all Angel hulls. Fuck them right in the neck.
Dunno why the Cynabal and Mach haven't been Dramiel'd yet.
All of my hate.
