C, Gojira is pretty damn boss
I saw them playing in Stockholm at hovet (In Flames was headlining, amazing gig), the kind of music gojira plays with some high-end hardware backing it up and a decently motivated crowd is just something that has to be experience
I usually prefer more melodically inclined stuff, but Oroboreus and The Art of Dying really gives me a musical boner able to penetrate rolled tungsten

Been listening to these guys a lot. 60s/70s rock inspired, doom rock/metal. Blues guitar with a bit of metal thrown in, great keyboard/organ, a bit of flute, killer female vocals. This is one of their songs that I instantly liked, the rest really grew on me.

Very, very odd this. You need to like electronica/dub as well, but it might grab some people here.

I fucking love Gojira. The funny thing is I had never heard of them until last summer. Fell in love with the band after hearing "the Axe." I pride myself in knowing all the weird metal bands that people haven't heard of too. You know, the random ass bands out of Terrorizer and shit.
As for Alter Bridge - that's fucking Creed.
