Use common fucking sense. Bad posts (ea. anything posted by Yaay) will be infracted. Five infractions means you're out for a week. If you don't have anything to say, don't post. If your post disappears, I've probably deleted it cause you suck at posting.

Keep it to regional threads, preferably with a blanket date.

People with less than ten posts will probably hit a moderator queue with their posts, so just poke me if I forget to approve.
