If the best gets 90, what would it take to get 100?

Not sure, but being a full frame camera helps.

different scores for mobile and regular cameras though, no?

But looking at their mobile reviews i'm a bit iffy, some photos look obviously worse yet they're rated almost the same, and i'm not buying it.

Dxomark is pretty much a benchmark for sensors and lenses. It's a very analytical approach and looks at resolution of the lens and sensor, distortion, noise, dynamic range, etc.
It doesn't compare possible bokeh, contrast and color rendition iirc, as those are quite subjective anyway.

So cameras and lenses can get high scores but be perceived as worse.

Ah, makes sense. Thought it could be something of that sort.

If you want it for all your devices at home, there is PiHole https://pi-hole.net/ It blocks ads and more on DNS level.
The idea is solid. I have not tested it myself, but people seem to like it.

Since it's essentialy the same old hosts file thing, except by running it through a local "vpn" service instead of writing to the system partition, I don't see why it shouldn't.
Immediately removed ads from my local newspaper website.

Also since it's on F-droid google can't fuck em..or not that easily.
