That's the right server, but it's a new map and whatnot. That's what I meant by it being "new".
Been wandering around checking out peoples bases. One thing I've noticed is how bad peoples farms are, do it right.

To expand on Shirazzz's post.
This afternoon a hooligan challenged me to combat with his stone sword. He killed me but was later killed by Poppi. At that point my grief senses were tingling and I awaited him outside of the spawn and killed him several times. Then he decided to defile Gamerz resting place and steal his armour and wooden sword. I put an end to this and took the armour for myself. I could feel the ghost of gamerz whispering in my ear: Homies 4 ever.
Later that afternoon I was on my boat as the OPM boys dropped by. They tried to enter but I had closed every entrance of my boat against non-boat-m8s. Some arrows flew back and forth but nothing happened. Until they started to set up a tnt cannon. Some test fires proved it ineffective as it fell short by a few blocks. As Shirazz's friend moved off to apparently scavenge some sand I was watching Shirazz build the cannon. As soon as his back was turned I slipped into the water and stayed under until I reached the platform. I jumped out of the water right behind Shirazz and my sword made short work of him. I soon retreated back to my ship knowing I could not face an enemy with a diamond sword head on, and his friend still being around. As his friend came up to look at his corpse which now lay at the bottom of the sea I slipped in again. This time he noticed me but I was on top of the platform first being able to knock him off and keep him in the water. Making for another easy kill.
So in the end two guys dead. Loot: enchanted bows, diamond swords, lots of food, 30 stacks of tnt, and some armour.

PS: I'm getting fisted by lag, and Lannyto confirmed I'm not the only one. My connection isn't great, but it manages BF3 and EVE so i dunno wtf is going on. I've heard tamed wolves cause lag in MP, is this true? Because that would certainly explain it...

Done a lot of chopping and changing w/o posting updates here.
Quick rundown.
Spawn point was fixed. No more lava traps.
Updated the auto announcer on all servers.
Moved the forums to http://welp.me/forums
Unconnected claims was turned on.
Added, then replaced the IRC bridge. Now our bot will correctly relay messages from MC to #welp and vice versa.
Entrox added quackbot to #welp :3
Dynmap factions overlay was removed.
Removed the /score plugin and replaced it with http://welp.me/stats (protip: it logs almost everything)
