You can better invest that money in some personal coaching person to boost confidence, it will last longer.
Would actually be interesting to see, and im sure its being done, but lets say you pay some good looking personal coach (opposite sex) 50k for 3 months and she basicly teaches you everything you need to know about women in practice (in the field so to speak).
Much better then spending it on some hooker.

For 90k you get a gym card for a year+personal coach, a decent car, a decent vacation twice a year, good suits, enough money to go out to nice places. So spending it on a "confidence coach" is about the dumbest thing you can do, the most inefficient, the most immature thing. If this really happens to someone who's a bit older, a coach would be infinitely wiser to invest in than any kind of material possession.Also we call women who sleep with a lot of guys sluts because they haven't slept with us and we're the guys they come to when they're heartbroken or hurt.
And Jason: All you need for your health is a good pair of shoes, a bicycle, some fruit and veggies and a water bottle. Maybe 2-300 bucks initial investment, the rest is lifestyle choices.
I can not stress this enough - I grew a bit beyond chubby during puberty, then slimmed down, went chubby again etc. Currently, I'm fat because of :bike accident: and fucking computer work all the time and mainly a lack of self discipline.
Back then, I went from being a butthurt chubby-fatty to a normal dude with a slight sixpack in 6-9 months with nothing but a normal bicycle, a cheap mat, one little bell curl and a change of lifestyle and eating habits. Felt better than ever and the first girlfriend followed suit, it was unreal.
But health_does_not_cost_you_money. Health costs you a bit of thinking and planning, like planning meals, investing a bit of time in cooking and some time for taking that sorry ass of yours outside and sweat a bit. Unhealthiness, however, will cost you a lot of money and joy in the mid to long term.
Health, in fact, will help you save money on food (fast and convenience food is ridiculously overpriced for what you get, especially considering the terribad, cheap quality) and, depening where you live, probably even a lot of gas money if you take the bicycle to go shopping etc.
Hence my previous question about exercise, if you're depressed you should see to that you spend, let's say, half an hour outside every day. Not walking to work, being outside in some place you like. Doesn't even have to be "exercise", but you need those self-produced drugs, urgently.
You said you hike, so I guess you know that outdoor activities are also great for people who want to be alone with themselves.
I do my little bicycle tours in the summer, down the river to a point to kind of lookout post, it's one of those precious little things which cost you nothing and give you very much.
I have never not felt great after a bike ride, or even just some 15min of pushups and some bell curls at home. The worst thing you can do in your state is slouch in front of a screen, feeling sorry for yourself and making excuses, you need sunlight.
Using the internet for contact, interaction and self-affirmation only get you so far (if it even gets you anywhere tbh), from experience I can tell you it mostly only worsens the problem, because you escape into something pseudo-beneficial very quickly.
