    It's not exactly the same comparison. But if you're trying to calculate isk/hour, I calculate the lower LP rate and then add in the mission rewards. If you're just using the LP rate as a representation of isk/hour in and of itself, I don't think it's unreasonable to factor in the rewards to that.
