[PVP] Naga

Wanted to find a comparable substitute for the Talos for solo PVP since Talos scares people and I've mostly seen the Naga as a Rail/Sniping platform. I came up with this as it would have a wide range of targets and fair cap for burning around gangs.

Basically it isn't as good as a Talos, but the lack of speed/tracking/drones can be made up partly by having a web. I do however think I'll have more targets give me a try which is what I really want. Any thoughts?

I think your point about target engagement is valid. Istr the range bring slightly better though?

In any case I think your analysis is on point and GL with the performance.

Web > Tracking Computer in terms of tracking (range is already fine enough as is), assuming you're within ~13km. Outside of that range, you should be able to track and if stuff closes in, overheated dual webs should let you get a shot or two in against tacklers, which is all you need to smash them. The web also uses way less cap than a TC, meaning you can burn for longer.

Also, no reason not to use a Meta4 web - they're as cheap as the T2 but can overheat for longer and use less cap.

@Tyrus - yeah drop is a must, and some mindflood just in case

@ Sule - A fair point, but I really didn't put the TC on there for tracking, but more for increasing my max DPS range. Another Web is of course vastly superior for tracking anything within web range, but I think being able to do a bit more damage at the edge of my point range will prove to be useful. Eitherway, I'll probably end up trying both or switching if I know I'm fighting a group with some small tackle.

Didn't even realize meta4 webs got that cheap, I've always defaulted to T2 and haven't even bothered looking at meta4... thanks for the tip.

Agility is worse, which is the major downside, but you get better projection and tracking, and ions need the extra projection. Still has issues with crap capacitor of course.
