David Anfossi, producer of Deus Ex: Human Revolution at Eidos-Montreal commented, “We are very excited for Deus Ex: Human Revolution fans to be able to further develop Adam’s journey in the game with The Missing Link DLC. Gamers will be able to experience a vulnerable side of Adam like never before, which gives the overall game a whole new dimension.
Guys? I bought Deus Ex because I wanted to play as a tranhuman engine of murder and subterfuge, not to feel 'vulnerable' I kinda feel like I'm being trolled...

Well I didn't, I was a good guy... even if I gave in to temptation sometimes. Those silenced pistol headshots where noone can see him, what's the harm?

Anyways, I was wondering who else thought something would be made of the information you find at the back of the Detroit LIMB clinic? I mean... that's some pretty hefty information you find there, and Jensen just seems like 'meh who cares', doesn't even talk to Sarif about it. 'He's no good to me like this' indeed.
My primary weapons are nostalgia, honesty and surprise!

I should qualify, it's the part about stripping the enhancements that annoys me, also the fact that it's apperently on cargo ship when they said that they had upper hengsha almost complete as a city hub, and a montreal city hub partway completed but were left out due to time constraints. They have those areas as ready made content and this sounds like a cop out.

No doubt repeatedly bashing my head against the wall until it breaks will work eventually (like the previous boss fights), but I no longer consider it worth the effort.

Thank goodness I didn't buy it, or I'd have yet another game I got bored/frustrated with before completing to add to the collection.
He's easier that the second boss. But then you didn't buy it and no doubt you whine about PC games being consolised, so whatever.

no he's not, all you have to do to take down Yalena is go in with a taser and a decent gun with plenty of ammo. When she charges you Eliza will warn you, just zap her as she runs up and pump her full of lead, on mine she lasted a full clip of shotgun shells and half a clip from my combat rifle.

    SPOILERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR V

My problem was in the other end of the scale. I thought, "Hm, grenade launcher should make this a bit more even!" - but no. It took like 2x GLs to kill the third boss. Very anticlimactic.

Was seriously expecting all the 'dolls' to come alive and try to murderize me.

Bulletstorm would have done it right - some of the finest boss battles I've ever played in there. DXHR just can't pull them off, so I ignored and glitched them to enjoy the rest of the game.

I gotta be honest, I really didn't struggle with the bosses on the hardest diff, maybe 1 or 2 reloads, except the last one because it took me a while to figure out how to fight him.

      Spoiler:

1st Boss, rocket launcher to face, repeat, finished with assault rifle.

    2nd Boss, Typhoon, Assault rifle.

    3rd Boss, melee'd him.

Didn't struggle with them (playing pseudo-Rambo and all) but they still didn't really fit the rest of the game.

It's bad enough that the internet is full of "Bosses are easy, just use rocket launcher and typhoon" dont need to see it here as well.

That new patch is amazing, my framerate is now utterly ruined whenever I get close to a wall, objects etc. (which means especially when hacking shit or trying to input door codes).

Well done. And Steam applied the patch despite of the game being set to "don't automatically keep this game updated".

I played it on x360. I'd hardly say it was "consolised" as trying to move & aim with analogue sticks in this game is like trying to use a pen by tugging on two pieces of string. Will no doubt pick the game up when it's selling for <£15 in a year or so on Steam, but for now I can live without knowing how the convoluted conspiracy narrative plays out if it means I don't have to bash my head against the furniture every needless boss fight I am forced to play through.

Odd, since I completed it on the PS3 on hard with literally no effort at all.
Bosses were a piece of piss.

Did you experience an irresistible compulsion to pick up and throw-smash all cardboard boxes in the game?

There was this creditcard under a box very early on. After finding that, I felt compelled to pick up every other box I could find.
Ofc, no other such cards were found.
